I don't think I've had a worse experience in my life. Truly, this is THE WORST in my entire life!

I'm giving this 1 star across the board, I wish I could give 0.

I ordered some food for me and my girlfriend, and not only did it take over an HOUR for the food to arrive, with most of that time being at the restaurant itself, but it was cold, missing food, had incorrect items, and had to be reheated to be considered EDIBLE.

they forgot BOTH DRINKS, ALL HOT SAUCE, and the FOOD WAS DISAPPOINTING TO BEGIN WITH!!!

Got beef and cheese burrito ate a bite and had a long black hair in it.

Went back got a new beef and cheese burrito ate Ate half of it and more black hair in the burrito

They keep using that contaminated beef for everyone’s orders.

The lady who made the burrito’s had white hair Cashier has blonde brown.

Lady who did the refund had black hair.

No food safety and disgusting

I’m not sure after the BS of covid but things have changed. I ate at taco time #219586 at 12:55 and ordered a burrito combo and crisp meat. I once was able to get 3 or 4 hot sauces by myself. Now I get one little cup ( hardly filled ) from the till person. As I wanted to ask for more, but because it started to get busy, they moved on and I didn’t get anther chance. If that’s what I get I won’t eat...
