New York Fries Park Place — Restaurant in Lethbridge

This New York Fries is Lethbridge's best kept secret!! It is our FAVOURITE place in the city for a quick, warming, delicious, and fairly nutritious meal. With the now exorbitant costs of eating out, New York Fries is our most COST EFFECTIVE option as a family. A medium sized meal is about $8.50 which is a good price to begin with. If you produce your AMA card you get a 10% reduction. Their Fry Society loyalty program is equivalent to another 10% reduction. And, since they don't request a tip, that is another 10%-20% reduction in price. Where can you eat out for that price?! Also, I have two celiac's in my family and it is no small thing for them to have a reliably gluten-free place to eat. We go to this NYF branch regularly and the staff are super friendly, they somehow remember our favourite options on the menu, and consistently provide us with A+ customer service! I’ve had more disappointing experiences at this location than any of their other.

I like to consider myself a “poutine enthusiast” as it is indeed my favourite food. It’s unfortunate I’ve had very aggravating experiences with the employers. Poor customer service and it hasn’t seemed to improve. The food has turned out good but I find myself eating it to calm the frustrations that come with the ordering. The team uses their manners but they are short in the communication, do not in any way welcome a customer towards their products and really do give the impression that they are all about the money they bring in rather than the service they provide which brings it all in.

For a business that is generally a more costly fast food, I’m more reluctant to spending when I don’t feel as though I’m valued...

Typically, I’m not one to leave any type of review. This review is written because of how phenomenal these guys are.

Richard, the head guy at the Lethbridge location, has a sense of customer service that people should take suit after. Richard genuinely cares about your experience as a customer. On top of that, his staff always have a smile on their face. I don’t know his relationship to them, but it looks like a family bond with his staff.

Not to forget, the food. The staff with put you together one of the best and most savoury poutine in Lethbridge at an incredibly affordable price.
