I grabbed a quick lunch at Edo Japan in the food court, but it was underwhelming. Ambiance & Atmosphere: Typical food court setting—busy and functional, but nothing special. Service Quality: The staff were quick and polite, which was appreciated. Food & Drinks: The portion size was small, and the food lacked flavor. The beef was chewy and bland, the tempura soggy, and the dumpling had an odd texture. Even the rice ball tasted dry and uninspired. The sauces didn’t do much to improve the overall experience. Got my bubble tea back only 3/4 of the way filled, meaning lots of ice and clearly not filled to the top. I handed it back stating it ALWAYS comes filled to the top. One lady was nice and said she would just add some to my cup but asked another lady to do it. So this lady (the same one who messed my drink up and took my order in the first place) makes me a new drink, and not the one I ordered, but hey atleast it’s filled to the top! I had decent expectations for this place, but they definitely did not live up to them. I had 4 California sushi rolls. This was also the first time I tried sushi, and it was horrible.
