OPA! of Greece Park Place Mall — Restaurant in Lethbridge

Not very happy with the service last night around 6:20 pm me and my husband were lining up to get our dinner. Only one girl in the counter preparing orders from customer ahead of us. There one couple waiting in line to order in front of us and when she was ready to take the order of the couple in front of us, she was saying no more meals are being served at the time. The only thing they have were salad and whatever they have ready made in the counter. So the old man just left unsatisfied and went to A&W and the old lady just ordered salad. Same thing with us, we wanted to order Chicken Souvlaki Salad and Calamari and we were declined because they were saying no more meals at that time. We went to drive to Park Royal just to have this meal as I was pregnant and craving for this meal and they don't have it. That was not very Customer Satisfactory experience for me and my husband. I recently visited OP of Grease and had a very disappointing experience with the portion sizes. I ordered a wrap with fries, expecting a decent portion of fries to accompany the meal. However, what I received was extremely disappointing – there were barely 8-9 fries on the plate! When I asked about it, I was told this was the "new portion" size.

This is absolutely unacceptable considering the price. The wrap itself costs $9.55, and with fries, the total came to $13.65. For such a premium price, the portion should be more reasonable. Not informing customers about the portion size before ordering feels unfair and misleading.

The quality of the food may be decent, but the pricing and portioning leave much to be desired. I will think twice before ordering...

An update to the review I posted a few weeks ago. I very quickly got a call from Peter from Head Office. He assured me that he would make things right when next he passed through Lethbridge. Today was the day!! Peter was quick to replicate my order and deliver it in person. A fantastic, very personable man!! He made my day!! So, the food was very fresh and delicious and presented with purpose. What a big difference. I really do recommend that you taste the food at Opa!
