A Wonderful Dining Experience at A&W!

My cousins and I had an absolutely delightful time at A&W, and I just had to share our experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the friendly atmosphere and the warm smiles of the staff.

Food: The food at A&W is always top-notch! We ordered a mix of their classic burgers, crispy fries, and some of their signature root beer floats, and everything was delicious. The burgers were perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful, with fresh toppings that really made each bite special. The fries were golden and crispy, the perfect side to go with the meal. But the highlight for all of us was, of course, their famous root beer – it's the perfect balance of sweetness and fizz, and you just can't find anything like it anywhere else.

Service: The service was outstanding. The staff were not only quick to take our orders but also incredibly attentive throughout our meal. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, and they checked in on us to make sure everything was perfect. They were courteous, friendly, and really went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable.

Staff: The staff were all extremely personable and welcoming. It was clear that they genuinely care about their customers. From the cashier to the servers, everyone had a great attitude and made sure our experience was memorable. It's always nice when employees enjoy what they do, and it definitely showed.

Overall Experience: Our time at A&W was fantastic, and we couldn't have asked for a better meal or a better atmosphere. It was a perfect spot for a casual, enjoyable meal with family. The one time I bring one of my family members to A&W, no one is up front, from what we saw. My sister yelled hello so she could be helped. A girl was crouched down, we didnt see her, but she was NOT the problem. She was a perfect customer service representative. However the girls handling the food in the back made a comment stating, "You should be nice to the people making your food" and smirked at the other girl working in the back. I have worked in the food industry, I also have worked dealing v directly with customer complaints for years and the behaviours that I saw today was unprofessional and rude. My sister did not see the girl crouching behind the counter, no one is in sight, however the girls got offended and made that comment. I know the girl who made the food for my sister, and she's been nice until today. No excuses for being rude to customers. It is your job to be respectful and to represent the company...

It was weird to see the guy that took my order wash my cash after I paid. I understand that all money is dirty, however my bill was just taken out of the bank, and looked "clean" 3 customers after me also paid in cash but their money went straight into the till, one of them looking in pretty bad condition. Makes me curious as to what was wrong with mine. Also what is the point in washing cash (soaking it in sanitizer) when your not washing your hands or anything else the cash has touched?

Also why aren't napkins and ketchup being given, then when you ask for ketchup you get a dirty look, like it's coming out of...
