If you’re in a rush, don’t bother, every time I’ve gone it’s taken over 20 minutes whether others are in there or not. If there’s a line-up, expect to wait awhile.

Food: Hit or miss, sometimes I get the best burrito I’ve ever had, sometimes I get average. The food itself isn’t bad, despite not being consistent, and the price isn’t horrible especially if you go on their $7.99 days… love the chips and salsa, best I’ve had anywhere, and the burrito sauce is delicious.

Service: HORRIBLE! Dear God, the one petite woman who’s always there is so incompetent and slow and she’s worked there since you guys have opened. She doesn’t know how to problem solve, she hardly knows how to work the till and tries to over charge me almost every time I go in there and intentional or not, why am I telling her how to ring up my order? That I ordered a small chicken burrito and not a medium burrito? She’s always the one working when I go in there and this review would probably be a 4/5 if she wasn’t the main staff member you have. Why does it take her 20 minutes to make a burrito every time I go in there? Seriously, get that woman some training, and your establishment would be so much better and I’d go there way more often.

Overall, if you want a decent burrito, I’d recommend going here. I’d just warn you about the wait times and incompetent staff. Don’t have high expectations as far as customer...

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Ordered on Door Dash. Arrived at the time the restaurant sent a notification saying the order was ready. Stood in line for 15 minutes, behind only 1 other customer who waited 15 minutes for a salad. Asked for my order was told it was not ready, then I asked why would I get a notification saying it is, if they haven't even started it yet. Then was told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes to prepare my order and then the staff member tried to start serving other customers which arrived 10 minutes after me. Why have pick up service if you mark the order ready when they are not, jeez I wonder is that so people can't cancel them with Door Dash because you marked them complete and when they lie and don't deliver what they promised and blatantly lie to a customers face. I am a long time resident of this small town and will share my story of immense displeasure with this restaurant with others. And the food isn't that special. Seriously she doesn't understand English. Couldn't order will never go back and I love burrito guyz st Catharines. Asked if I could get the two can dine for 27.99 which is posted in the window. She gave me a weird look and said what I think. The can dine special on the window can I do that. Yea she says then she says meat. I said yes chicken.
