Pizza Central — Restaurant in Lincoln

If I could give zero stars I would, the customer service is horrible, blamimg improper GPS tracking due to a pen and paper system, its extremely difficult to believe that a company in 2020 with such praise doesn't have any other way of finding your address pre-tense (an Hour went by mind you). I myself drive fairly far for work and own a business as well, yet I can distinguish the difference between a 12 min drive to a hour commute... The managment that was on the phone decided to have a yelling match and speak over us while trying to get to the bottom of the situation, as to why after an hour of waiting we now owe them more money because a 12min drive from their location to 50 point was in their minds "Might as well be Toronto" frankly is beyond me...Absolutely disgusted with how they treated my family on the phone. If you have an issue with further drives then this company should have a system (map) on hand to tell customers before the first phone call is over as to what the extended payments will be, Don't call an hour later expecting extra charges to be okay with any customer! Due to this stunt I had to waste more time to make this review because of how insulted we felt over the phone. The indecency from that phone call left us tasteless for pizza central forever. Never had it never want it, and we will be sure to send the message to everyone who asks us about this place. Extremely...

They never have pizza available for walk-ins... Everytime I walk in asking for a slice of pizza around dinner time they suggest it's going to be a 45min wait until another pizza is ready. Meanwhile they should be cooking more pies. Pizza Central needs to make up their mind and tell their customers to call ahead or be aware of lack of pizza around dinner time. It's brutal service and their cook's in the back have been known to be rude. I've experienced all of this first hand which is why Im leaving this review.

And as of my most recent encounter (Jan.29th/2018), the owner accused me of harrassing one of their cooks and banning me from the store... I don't even know the cooks name. This pizza place is ignorant and take no action to internal affairs.. They have lost my service forever and I hope they lose yours as well based on some of the other reviews Ive read. Get out of Beamsville!!!!

HORRIBLE...

Only one word to sum up this pizzeria, AMAZING! My fiance and I have been regulars here since they opened back in 2016. The staff and owners are super friendly and helpful, always being sure to greet you with a warm welcome! Their care and love shows as well in the amazing pizza they make. Crust that's absolutely to die for and cheese, just by taste, you can tell is a higher quality. Not to mention all of the other wonderful assortment of appetizers they offer, from Garlic bread that melts in your mouth to my personal favourite of deep fried pickles. If anyone is ever finding themselves in Beamsville, I highly recommend for them to stop by and...
