Had a terrible experience tonight which was unfortunate as we’ve dined here as a family many times without complaint but tonight had a dismal experience.

It was just my three year old daughter and myself in to enjoy a meal. Services started strong and we placed our dinner order, a simple kids noodles and sandwich and fries.

We waited close to half an hour for our food. When it did come my daughter needed the washroom so I got up to take her.

In the less five minutes we were gone we came back to find our table cleared and cleaned. Our food we had barely had chance to touch had been taken.

Our server seemed totally unaware. I honestly was shocked and wanted to leave but my daughter was crying she was so upset someone had taken her pasta away.

Our sever had our food remade but I honestly only got half of my entree back (a sandwhich but no fries, I didn’t say anything as k was fed up and wanted to get out of there)

I had ordered a ceaser I only got to enjoy half of. The server brought me a water but no effort was made to replace my drink. When I told her I didn’t expect to pay for the drink that I didn’t get to finish due to their error she seemed surprised and honestly seemed to avoid our table after that.

No one from management bothered to come speak with us or make any effort to make it right.

Was still charged full price for the meal I got half of due to their mistake. My server told us whoever was bussing tables had cleared the table even though the food had barely been touched? A huge waste.

Ironic that we waited so long for our food only to have it cleared away in the couple of minutes I got up to take my daughter to the washroom. Would’ve walked out then if I didn’t have such an upset hungry child.

Really, really disappointing experience made worse by the fact no one tried to make it right rather than a half assed attempt to remake food they had wasted.

The lettuce I got on my replacement sandwich was brown and wilted, not sure why I expected any better from them at this point. I just wanted to pay my bill and leave.

I still paid and left a tip as I did feel the server was doing her best but it still really tainted my view...

This location has a great atmosphere. They have a full bar and plenty of TVs that you can see no matter where you are sitting. However, I gave 3 stars for the food and the service. My sister ordered the Crabby Combo and it came with the wrong sauce, no biggie. After getting the right sauce, she started eating, but a server came and said that actually wasn't her plate, and took it away. Mind you, she had already started eating. Then it turned out it belonged to the table behind us, but they brought out the same plate my sister had already eaten from. The waitress told the couple that one of their mozzarella sticks had gone bad (this is what my sister ate) and they brought out a single mozzarella stick in a bowl. We could tell it was the same plate because it had my sister's sauce on it, and we asked them and they didn't order that sauce. So they re-served food that someone else had already eaten from. The couple was nice about it and was joking with us about it.

I ordered the 10 oz new york striploin steak that comes with vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes. My steak was definitely smaller than 10 ounces, but at least it was cooked medium rare as I asked. It came out cold though. The garlic mashed potatoes didn't taste like garlic at all.

I acknowledge that the server was basically taking care of half the restaurant which isn't her fault, but serving a plate of food that was already eaten from and lying about it to the customer just isn't good. We only know because they were right behind us and the server had come to our table with their food once before...

Restaurant is clean, Service is good. All the staff is friendly. However, I was very disappointed with my meal. I’ve been to this location several times both for take out and eat in. I usually order burgers and fries. The last two times I ordered the chicken parmesan. The first time I thought the portion was small but figured it may be a one time ordeal. Went again yesterday and the chicken portion was even smaller than the first time. The chicken breast was the smallest piece of chicken I’ve ever seen served at any restaurant. I order chicken parmesan all the time at every restaurant I go to and this was actually a joke at my table. It was as if they were serving a child. The chicken was maybe 2-3 oz. I’ve worked as a cook for several restaurants, I’m well aware of what portion sizes look like.

I asked my server if this is really the portion size they serve and her response was yup, its 8-9 oz. I laughed and she said it’s a dense piece probably. Then tried to show me that if it was flattened out it would be larger. She then smiled and walked away. I cut the chicken into 4 small bite size pieces no bigger than the size of a quarter. The chicken honestly looked like a chicken nugget. My sons meal was a chicken strip kids meal and 1 chicken strip was larger than my “chicken breast” I don’t know how they can justify selling this for $17 plus tax. It’s pretty sad when you leave a restaurant hungry. I’d advise anyone going here not to order this meal, you will be disappointed and feel ripped off. Stick with...
