Show Me The Pizza — Restaurant in Maple Ridge

If you live in Maple Ridge, this local small business deserves a shot at your business. The food is really a step above every other delivery focused place I've tried in the city.

The owner (Michael) made the delivery, and because the soda was at room temperature, he also brought ice! I kid you not! No one has ever cared that the soda was not super cold and frankly, it wouldn't have been a big deal at all. But it was important to Michael that we had a good experience, and it showed!

He was also super friendly and positive, and even took the time to have a chat outside the door with me. I don't think I've ever had such a customer focused pizza delivery in my life. I can tell what he does makes him happy.

We had the Beef Taco Plus Pizza and Baked Lasagna. The pizza is made with fresh local ingredients on his own special crust. And it was super delicious. Baked lasagna from delivery places is a real guilty pleasure of mine. I'm always chasing the dragon to find a really good source anywhere I live. You would think it wouldn't be hard, given it's a pretty simple dish usually; but I'm picky. This lasagna and garlic toast was far and above better than any in the city. And I have had just about everyone's more than once over the last 16 years.

Super glad to have found this place. I can't believe they've been open a year and I've only just found them. I need to re-evaluate who my friends are because if any of them have known about Show Me the Pizza and kept it a secret, they have explaining to do...

Just wow! I consider myself a pizza connoisseur so here are my thoughts.

At $24.99, this is their large House Special. 7 toppings plus I added an additional 2 at $3 a piece. This is their normal cheese portion, I did not add extra. For what you get I consider this to be very good bang for your buck, especially these days.

Toppings are high quality and plentiful. Rather than the round, sausage like bacon pebbles most pizza places use, they actually use real crumbled bacon which I don’t see a lot of unless I’m at a higher end pizza place. The crust is perfectly crispy on the bottom/edges and light and airy on the inside. They even boast that they have “the best crust ever”

What’s more important to note is that after eating half a large pizza, it actually sat very light. I actually felt GOOD after eating this and not gassy or bloated/ heartburn etc (anyone pushing 40 knows what I’m talking about I’m sure😂)

I needed pizza and I needed it fast! I google searched and "SHOW ME THE PIZZA" came up close to home so I took a chance. So easy to place order for pick up. I ordered 2 large pizzas, the meat lovers and the house special. The ordering process was so fast and easy.... I left my house thinking I would need to wait 15 more minutes but when I showed up about 15 minutes after the order was placed, IT WAS HOT AND READY. I got it home and my husband has already eaten half the pizza before this review is done being written. The crust is awesome, home made and fresh. I asked the very like girl at the counter and she said everything is home made from scratch. The toppings were aplenty and the cheese was generous. Delicious pizza will definitely...
