Subway — Restaurant in Maple Ridge

STAY CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION

Upon walking into to this location my husband and I weren't greeted or anything,but the two men who left when we arrived got a "have a good rest of your night". My husband said "hi how's it going?",no response. I said "hey how's your night been?" , "he said good and you?" But wouldn't acknowledge my husband in any way though,so unnecessary. We ordered a foot long meatball sub and foot long chicken teriyaki crunch sub both below subpar and absolutely absolutely disgusting and pretty much inedible. Both were supposed to be toasted and he did toast them but both were cold and not even lukewarm and I live 2mins from this location!!! Chicken was dehydrated and cold and looked very questionable as he was scooping it onto my husband's flatbread. And to add to this the person serving us was so rude and not polite whatsoever to either one of us. Absolutely appalling customer service ,worst I've ever had in a subway restaurant. He also wouldn't take my husband's gift card either. Then when we were leaving I asked for a bag for the food and he just shoved the sandwich angrily into the bag pretty much smushing it in and then proceeded to like throw the bag in my direction across the counter. Will definitely be telling everyone I know to stay clear of this location! And will not EVER BE...

This is sadly the THIRD time I’ve ordered delivery from this exact location and they have absolutely screwed up my order horrendously this time..

The first of the three mistaken orders. Gave me white bread ( which was my husbands bread he ordered..). Ordered from them again because how can they possibly do that twice? Well they darn well did. Same thing. Wrongs breads. THIRD TIME.. we decided to order our fave subs but with the same bread so they didnt screw up again… well these turkeys that work there.. put meat and cheese in my sub. Which I asked for all the ingredients listed in the description ( got the canucks sandwich) but with extra honey mustard.. well they put no sauce. Just meat and cheese.

Probably wondering why this location? Well it’s clean. The cleanest one and the closest to my house. I will never ever order delivery from those idiots ever again. Don’t waste your money people!

But if you want a clean location to eat in and get take out, they are better then 224th.

Worst subway in maple ridge hands down, flustered employees, veggies all mixed in the trays,sandwiches were squished and the worker kept playing with the neat on my sandwich to the point where I had to say something to get him to move on with the process because we had been standing there for 2 minutes while he was adjusting and flip flopping my food around, he proceeded to mash the bacon into my sandwich to the point that the whole thing went flat, couldn't remember what we asked for on our sandwiches and seemed annoyed that we had to keep repeating ourselves to get the order right, when it came time to pay he couldn't even remember what we ordered and stared at the screen for a good 2 minutes trying to process what was in the bag he just made and finally their soda machine was almost out of everything, .. This is not my first bad experience with this location but I gave them another shot because they were close to me at the time but I will not be going back...
