Wendy's — Restaurant in Maple Ridge

When we first went inside the restaurant, we noticed skip drivers who were waiting for food. We ordered our food (CRISPY chicken wrap, poutine, Dave’s single combo, sour cream and chives baked potato, drinks). We waited for about 15-20mins and the skip drivers who were there before us! were still waiting.. the lady in the front was so unorganized, she kept mixing up the orders. Forgot my husbands fork for his poutine, forgot my potato. Once I reminded them about the potato the first one they had made, they had too throw it out for some reason. Second one they made looked like st. Finally after a few moments we got mostly everything. My husband had to go back up too the front to get the straws, that part was whatever. We get too our table and started eating our fries and poutine, which weren’t terrible. Then we moved onto our burger and wrap. They had given him a grilled chicken wrap, that wasn’t even wrapped, had a SLIVER of chicken, no sauce and a large slice of lettuce. I then looked at my burger and it was so “naked”.. hardly any sauce, a piece of onion, a sliver on lettuce, and extremely unmelted cheese. Nonetheless, I went back up too the front to complain. I asked nicely for them to exchange my husbands wrap and they did however the “chef” started arguing with one of the workers. We get the wrap and it still looks like st. The only difference was more sauce and the chicken being crispy. I ignored my burger and just asked for mayonnaise to put onto it. I had a bite or two of the baked potato but I couldn’t stomach the rest as it looked disgusting and tasted just as poorly. The “chef” had his hands all over his face and hair which was extremely disturbing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. If the manager could train his staff some more that would probably be...

WAS TOLD WE COULDN'T ORDER ANY SALAD AS THEY WEREN'T MAKING THEM TODAY/TONIGHT TO START OFF THINGS!! ABSOLUTELY POORLY MANAGED LOCATION! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND NEVER SPEAK ENGLISH EVER, OR VERY POOR BROKEN ENGLISH! MY HUSBAND AND I ORDERED SOME FOOD 25MINS B4 CLOSING AND WE GOT BURNT OVERCOOKED FRIES, UNDER COOKED JBC'S , 3 PIECE UNDER COOKED CHICKEN STRIPS INSTEAD OF CHICKEN NUGGETS! AND SOME KIND OF WEIRD CONCOCTION OF FRIES AND SOME UNKNOWN PRODUCT ATTACHED TO THE FRIES IN THE PIC BELOW! I SEE I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS HAD PROBLEMS WITH FOOD QUALITY AND COMPLETE LACK OF HUMAN COURTESY AND PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ordered delivery from Uber eats from here a few days ago. Got the Spongebob collab burger, pineapple frosty ,chicken nuggets and cinnabits. Only to have my delivery sent to me and my burger was cold and mushy and gross. I did not receive my cinnabites and I received two chicken nuggets in the pack. My frosty looked like it was half eaten just like my 6 piece nuggets obviously were and I guess they just forgot to give me the cinnabits. I did report this discrepancy to Uber eats to be faced with not eligible for refund (even though I sent pictures of my order and what was missing) nope they didn't care! So I've taken to google for my review of this location! I want my money back Wendy's I'm not paying for your staff to eat my food! So despicable. Will not ever be ordering from this establishment ever again! Stay clear of...

Last night, I ordered for me and my family, their Taco Salad, a Chocolate Frosty, a fizzy Frosty, some chicken tenders with Honey Mustard, fries, Bacon Poutine, a cinnamon pull-apart bun with icing and a Strawberry Lemon Aid. I must say, everything that came to my house was perfect. I was only missing straws, but everything else came as requested, including napkins and various cutlery. Their take-out drink sizes aren't always shown to you on Skip when you order large combos like I did. but as for the taste? The Taco Salad was honestly amazing. I tried some of mom's Chicken Tender's and I wish I ordered some for me. I was not a fan of the Cinnamon Pull-Apart bun because I found it to be dry in my mouth, even with icing. And it made me very thirsty. Other than that, I'd definitely order there again. Their fries taste good for fast food, and their poutine was admittedly a bit mediocre because of how cold it got, but a couple of seconds in the microwave fixed that right up for us. For the price, it can't be beat and I have always loved and appreciated Wendy's food as I had their taco Salad a lot growing up as a child, it brought back fun memories to try it again...
