Worst Chatime location there is. First of all, when I walked in there was hair on the ground in-front of the cashier, not to mention that the place was pretty dirty. Once my drink was prepared I noticed that the cashier had charged me for a large drink, but they gave me a regular drink instead. I didn’t pay much mind to this since i considered it as a simple mistake. I ordered 2 drinks from this location, a pearl milk tea and a QQ peach. When I drank my pearl milk tea I noticed that they had put coconut jelly, which I didn’t ask for. The drink also tasted like fish which is unusual since I drink this beverage often. I went back to the same location to get a refund but they refused to give me a refund. They instead made me another drink, which also had the same unusual taste. By this time I had enough of this, I decided to give them a call. The person who picked up the call was very rude and they ended up putting me on hold for 10 mins and didn’t even get back to me. Chatime was the first BBT place to hit it big but since then, they haven't keen able to keep up. Competition came and there are now over 20+ BBT places in the GTA. Funny enough.. The prices for BBT didn't dropped even with intense competition.

Chatime also got rid of their original rewards program, which took me years to achieve that status and replaced it with the Chatime Societea app that is so hard to gain points and my old status is wiped out and gone.. They don't even bother to recognize the lifetime status.

This location is convenient and closed late but the line can be long especially right after a movie. Overall, the drinks are not bad and with barely competition around, you really have much choice unless you drive. However for the prices you are paying, might as well go somewhere else.
