i am convinced that this is the absolute worst harveys and swiss chalet location to exist. every time i go through the drive through the wait is ridiculously long, its absurd. today, i was there for about half an hour. the lady at the speaker claimed she could not hear me and told me to place my order at the window. that is incredibly inconvenient considering that orders should be prepared between the time the car goes from the speaker to the window. you should not be starting my order when i get to the window. if you cannot hear me, fix your cheap speaker and/or headphones because nor was i parked far from the speaker or was speaking quietly. i have a hard time believing she really couldn’t hear me. when i got to the window, my order was taken by a brown lady who was extremely unprofessional and was cutting me off while i was speaking because she was busy doing things in between. perhaps if she cannot effectively multitask, she should find another job. i waited in the drive thru for ten minutes until i received my order, where a chicken sandwich had been missing. and here is the part that completely blew me. i tried to get their attention after they had closed the window to tell them about the missing item. i waved my hand, however the people inside ignored me. i began to honk, not in an aggressive way, but there was no other way to get their attention. they continued to ignore me. i then pressed on the horn and held it for a minute or so and they still were ignoring me. never in my life had i been treated with such utter disrespect. when the same brown lady came to the window i told her my sandwich was missing and she rudely told me to check my bag and that it was in there. it was embarrassing for her because she was so certain it was in there. when i told her it was not, she quickly switched her tone and said she would get it for me. like, maybe don’t be so quick to deny what the customer is telling you. i then asked her why she was ignoring me when i honked. her response told me that she knew exactly what i was talking about, which only proves that she was ignoring me. if she had actually been unaware of the honking, she would have been confused by what i asked, which she wasn’t. she said that there is a lot going on inside and she did not hear me. it is a harveys kitchen, not a nightclub with loud music. you would have had to be deaf not to hear my honking, which she was not. she proceeds to say that if i had knocked on the window, she would have heard. as if knocking is louder than a car pressing on their horn. everything she said was bull. she thought i was an idiot. i will never return to this excuse of a restaurant because of the poor service and inefficiency of the workers. it is sad how poorly ran it is, and i feel sorry for the owner who has such poorly trained staff and management...

Read moreI used a coupon I get in the mail for an Angus meal $7.49. The cashier must of been the owner or something. He purposely charged me for cheese when I didn't order cheese to get more money out of me because I used a coupon. I noticed how he tried to hide the receipt from me too when I reached out my hands to try to grab it he pretended that the employee needs it to see the order. The person in front of me also got duped. The employee shouted out burger with cheese and the customer said I didn't order cheese, did you charge me for cheese!? This is not the first time at this location I got charged for cheese when I didn't order any. I Didn't looked at the receipt until I got home.
CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS some cashiers might try to charge you more on purpose for something small like cheese, hoping you would just think it was just taxes. Its is a Male who is at the cash I noticed that does this, 2 times now. The first I thought just a innocent mistake but when I got charged for cheese again another time I knew he was doing it on purpose. VERY UNETHICAL. That guy did all that just to get an extra dollar out of me. I'm fuming never going back.
I recommend going to the Burger Factory in the same plaza. It's a better burger value...
