Overall, Okay But Needs a Little Work. I have been to this location and the other one in Thornhill. I usually go here to eat with my crew from Crossfit Markham after a workout. Typically Post-Workout, I keep things simple, carbs and meat and that was my expectation during my visit. I came with a group of five, and we were seated and greeted quite quickly. Tea was dropped and of course, after reading many reviews, I told my Peeps to check their cutlery. The good news was the cutlery was clean. The table was clean as well. The restaurant was busy as you would expect on a Saturday lunch but the service was pretty good and after my group ordered I asked the server which of the vermicelli dishes had BBQ Pork, BBQ Shrimp and Spring Rolls. The service took my paper and scribbled my meal and left. Apps came fairly quickly and the plates were removed quite quickly. My guests were starved, so I wasn't able to take any photos of the apps. When the food came out each of us only had to wait a minute or two for our dishes to all be on the table. Most of the food was well presented and fresh. As I mentioned, we had been here before, and always had a positive experience. When my dish arrived I didn't notice right away due to the conversations and checking out everyone else's food. What I received when my food dropped was the V4. Spring Roll, BBQ Pork, Minced Shrimp on Sugar Cane with Vermicelli, not the BBQ shrimp. It took me a few minutes to get our server's attention, and when she finally came over to the table I told her that I got the wrong dish. She checked her notepad and then disappeared forever. I finally flagged her down again but everyone had already eaten, and pretty much just ate what they gave me. My guests were happy with their food, but again, nothing was done about the mistake with my dish. We finished up and left. I'm not sure if the kitchen made the error or the server made the error, but I was pretty clear that I wanted BBQ and not the minced shrimp as it's not the way I like shrimp. Mistakes happen and I get that, but to not come back to the table with an alternative or explanation, was disappointing. The fact that this is one of the only Vietnamese Style Restaurants in that corner of Markham means that people will still come, and they won't go out of business any time soon. I do hope that they work on this part of their service.

Delicious!!! 👍🏼 Quantity is balanced with the price and Very transparent business 👌🏼. This little family owned business took us by surprise. Lots of items to choose from the menu and right at entrance, there are lots of notifications indicating payment method and gratitude will be included on final bill. Love that they are up front about it. The place is well kept. Options of Condiments were on table and filled. However, the utensils could use a bit of an update. Chopsticks and soup spoon once black were faded and grey. For a Large bowl of House special Pho it was approx $13. Soup flavour was mild and not overly salted. Lemongrass pork rice dish is $13 The fish sauce stayed true to its name. Tangy, sweet and salty with its strong odour even after it was Diluted. Yet the combination of the sauce with the rice and meat was a good match. The shrimp fried rice was higher in price $20 but was it ever DELICIOUS !! Got the WOK HAY!! It was a bit pricey but the quantity was enough to feed two people. We were 🧐 skeptical at first, however, the first bite widen our eyes as the overwhelming delicious wok flamed flavour awaken our taste buds and made us ask for more!! It was made to perfection. Our selective eaters devoured it in less than 15 mins and praise the dish as they were finishing to the last grain of rice! Thank staff for welcoming us at the last hour before closing.

I have been visiting this place on and off over the years and the quality of food is anything but consistent. There were times when the food were okay, and then times when they were mediocre. I invited my parents to Le Viet for dinner the other day and we were disappointed with our meals. We ordered large Raw Beef with beef balls noodles and the beef pretty much came well done. I'm not expecting them to provide the best quality of meat but... the ones they offered were tough to chew... especially when they were cooked well done. I'm not too picky on presentations but they could have done better. The same dish from other locations would have the noodles raising the raw beef above the broth, offering customers the choice to submerge the raw beef into the broth to cook them to their liking. This location has way too much broth IMO. Their Vietnamese coffee was good... so strong that I had trouble sleeping that evening. Lastly, I just want to add that their parking lot has terrible traffic. I recommend ordering from Uber if you want food from this location.

I'd like to mention, the whole store is "fine". If you're really interested in trying, go for takeout. My personal experience as a visitor to Toronto, it was a flunk. I do not believe i've met anyone as rude as the waitress with bangs was. I'm very upset with how they treated me and my family.

Context: Me and my family came in slightly late [8pm] they close at 9pm, we all ordered our portions and obviously had struggles with one of the options. But that wasn't the point, the main problem was her rushing us in this case. Obviously we didn't know what we wanted, but, that didn't mean that this said waitress should throw attitude on us.

She brought out all of our orders except one. We had asked her why it didn't come out and she said it would take one minute. Then after 20 minutes, we asked for another update since we were concerned with the time knowing it was going to close soon. The waitress said "theres only one chef, he can only go so fast" with an attitude. In this case, we weren't too happy with that commentary.

The way they treated us and talked in general did not make it good on them nor did it make us feel welcome at all. In this case, we were charged 10% tips, this didn't make us feel happy as it was not worth that.

Anyways, I wouldn't...
