I never write one star reviews. But the level of service or lack of that I received from the three employees yesterday was horrible. I waited for 5 minutes to place an order, I actually had to speak up and ask if someone can take my order. They just kept walking back and forth and ignore that I was even standing there. Then to actually make 1 single milk tea took over 15 minutes. I had to speak up again and just ask for my drink. It was painful. It was horrible. I buy bbt at least 3 times a week from other locations and this place just ruined it for me. On top of that, the staff member making all the drinks, stop to chat with her "boyfriend" while 5 of us are waiting on our drinks. Then proceeds to make him a drink and passes it to him in between the crowd of people waiting for their drinks way before this friend even walked into the store. How are you so obvious that you just don't care about your customers? I'm sorry but I run a business too, and I would never put my clients through such a cringe worthy customer service experience. Your actions as staff and establishment were rude, ignorant and on top of that the drink sucked. I will never step foot into this location. I see this is a common issue your establishment has been having. It wasn't just a one off day. The client infront of you is the most important client, not the Uber eats orders that have yet to be picked up because the drive still needs to actually drive to you. If you can't handle the influx of clients then you need more help or something has to change. I think that if either of u were in my position yesterday and walked into a store and wasn't acknowledged and had to speak up twice, you would...
Read morePlaced an online order and the pop up menu said it is 20 minutes. My time stamp said 4:07 and when I picked it up it was 4:40. Change your pop up menu to between 20-40 minutes instead. A realistic time rather than a make shift time you think you can complete the order. You really need to have a better UI for your customers. I suggest you shut down your online when you are overwhelmed with walk in and online order. It's not fair to lie to your customers when a specific time is given to online customers.
Another thing is, I know it is quarantine time and social distancing is requires however all your staff is crowded in one area is not the best to show social distancing. On top of that you kick all the customers that have already purchased outside and you tell people to come in when your number is called. However for those that don't have a number what are they suppose to do. As well as you call out numbers out from inside and that doesn't help as there is a wall blocking from people hearing you call them out. I suggest you have a staff outside working and have a table and bring drinks that are made to that staff so it is easily accessible to customer to hear what was made.
Additionally not only waiting for 30-40 mins the drinks were made wrong and when confronted about it one staff was denying it at first until shown the receipt. Then the staff made a new drink immediately.
My over experience rating. UI - 7/10 (fasley advising wait times) Customer service - 7/10 (I only interacted with 3 staff) Rectifying errors - 7/10 (denied then fixed when...
Read moreA somewhat larger Chatime bubble tea location. There are multiple tables available. One of the largest Chatimes that I've been to.
You could order at the counter or order at the kiosk. I ordered on the kiosk as to see their full menu and choose from the many additional customization options.
I ordered the Chatime Triple (Normal Ice, 50% Sugar, Roasted Milk Tea, Large, Cold). The bubble tea consisted of the boba pearls, grass jelly, and pudding jelly.
The bubble tea tasted alright. The boba pearls were chewy. The jellies tasted smooth, sweet, and herbal. The roasted milk tea had the hint of different flavor (made the drink taste better).
There was a bit too much ice as I finished the milk tea pretty fast, leaving a considerable amount of toppings behind in slowly melting ice. I basically sucked up cold water and cold toppings. Which was fine, just wished I had some milk tea to go with the toppings.
Other than that, price wise, it's about a $1 cheaper than Coco's. Depends on which drink you get as you can get regular sized cups for around $6. Large cup size adds a $0.70 on top.
Overall, a fine tasting bubble tea drink, price is decent, location has multiple seating available, location is clean, service is fast, has kiosk to order from... It repairs my previous bad experience...
