I went here on Mother's Day with my mother and my daughter and I gave myself an hour and a half to get in and have breakfast knowing it was probably going to be busy upon arrival we were seated within 15 minutes and then it took 10 minutes before I finally flagged somebody down for a coffee 5 minutes after that our waitress came and I told her we needed to be out of there by 11:45 as we had an appointment at noon 10 minutes away so we wanted to put our order in right away she took our order and I ordered eggs benedict with well done English muffin finally at 11:25 I asked the waitress how much longer is it going to be as our time is coming up she said oh you're on the list and I said well of course we're on the list we placed an order but how long our food came to us at 11:35 I then said to the waitress as she brought my food can you please bring us to go containers and our bill because we are not even going to have time to eat this as my food was placed in front of me I noticed I had a uncooked English muffin it was literally bread my daughter's avocado toast was a slice of bread it was not even toasted and she had to take her to go because it didn't come out until 11:40 so she was eating her breakfast in the car after being there for an hour and a half I am very disappointed in this experience and I will never step foot in this place again like I said I understand it was Mother's Day and it was busy but there's no reason why if I was seated within 15 minutes why I had to take my breakfast to go I ended up leaving my entire meal except for my two eggs and my two pieces of pemeal bacon on the table so thanks for my time and money. Our waitress did absolutely nothing to rectify the the messed up orders I even had to get up and get...
Read moreThis is a chain restaurant which I sometimes go to for brunch. I am usually a single diner and have gotten used to them sticking me at a table for two even though there are it is a near empty restaurant when ever I go. I prefer four people table since they are far more comfortable. But, I understand. Normally I get pretty good service and have for the past few times been served by a young man who I think his name is Tiger? That is the name on my receipt. He is a very well mannered and attentive server who is very good at his job.
Unfortunately today my experience was marred by the young lady who seated me. It took her 2 to 3 minutes to come serve me even though she saw me standing at the door. She was chatting with her co-worker and even looked away when I made eye contact. It wasn't until after another group came in after me that she stopped talking to her friend to seat us. She told me to pick a table in the side then seated the group behind me. I sat down and watched as she got menus and cutlery for the other group while sat there with no menu. I ended up getting my own menu while the same person seated another group giving them menus and cutlery. I sat for almost 10 minutes with no one coming or offering me anything while the ones who were seated after me was given service. It wasn't until I kept looking at the kitchen area at the staff standing there chatting that the girl that seated me looked over and said something to her co-worker. Finally Tiger came over. If it wasn't for his outstanding service I would've given a 1 or 0 rating. The owners need to talk to their staff about serving single diners and treating appropriately and give this Tiger kid a raise or a bonus for...
Read moreFirst and foremost, I need to say that my family and I have been coming here for years for breakfast. We always have a great experience, some issues here and there but mainly a fairly good experience. Today threw me over the edge which is why I feel like it’s necessary to write this review. My husband got eggs + turkey bacon, home fries and toast to which was served cold… a big pet peeve of his. Mine was also cold but I was super hungry so decided to just eat it. With the morning rush and servers being overloaded, we waited a while to have eye contact with our server to flag her down and politely ask if we could have another order that is hot. Frazzled, she immediately got the manager. The manager arrived and did not even greet us…. He started his sentence with “what’s the issue here” . My husband responds is it possible to get another order of this as it was served cold. The manager responds and says “it’s been awhile since your food was served, why did you wait so long to say something?” Proceeds to touch the food with his finger, make a face of confusion and leave the table. I think it is absolutely revolting for a “leader” specifically in management in a customer service based industry to even question a customer with that type of attitude. It is absolutely disrespectful and I am so disappointed. Definitely need some better training when it comes to...
