I don't know why this place has a 4.1 star rating but I just finished an absolutely horrible meal at their FMP food court location. I ordered a simple Thai minced pork rice with an iced Thai milk tea. What's supposed to be a very safe and staple dish had turned out to be literally the worst one I've had in my life. Firstly, it's not Thai but Cantonese. Secondly, it has nothing flavor and not spicy when she specifically asked if I wanted it spicy. Thirdly, half the pork were fat and not edible and they are not minced pork but mini pork cubes. And finally that milk tea is just very sweet water that looks like milk tea but has zero tea flavor. It is usually difficult to get something so basic so wrong but they've done it. If I could give zero star I would. Oh btw, this thing cost me $23, at a food court with zero service.

We live in Toronto but worth the drive north to have authentic Thai - in a food court! We have tried all their menu items. We've been so many times and none disappoint. Adjustable spice levels (1 chili, 2 chili, and welcome to Thailand!) and each order is prepared fresh by a friendly authentic Thai chef. The goodness of the staples like Pad Thai are consistently good but their OG Nam Kao is really good with sausage pieces and crispy rice bits all over. The free sugarcane drink they provide is no longer but the quality of the food is still maintained after over 7 years in operation. I wish they open a location in downtown Toronto. Arguably the best Thai food in the GTA. A definite must go!

Located in the food court of first markham place. I'd consider this place a pretty authentic place for Thai food. All their employees are from Thailand and speak Thai. The food here is delicious. My parents love this place. They always buy take out from here every time they pass by the area. We usually get #11 and #12 and the beef larp These dishes taste really authentic. Full of herbs and flavour. The sticky rice here is nicely cooked. It's not too soft and not too hard. Thai ice tea is okay. Not the best I've had. It seems a little they didn't use enough cream or milk. The flavours not creamy enough. Overall, recommended.

The cashier lady was quite flabbergasted when I said if I can take my Thai milk tea less sweet and she arrogantly told me no because it was pre-made and came straight from the fridge behind her. I had to take it home and water it down by a big half, so think about how much condensed milk is used to make this. It was way too sweet to my liking because she couldn't modify it so I give so little stars overall. Not just for the food. I thought it was managed by actual native Thai people but I don't think they are entirely Thai or even half. It might be just anyone who owns this joint and hired South Asian staff to maintain the place. I read from other reviewers that their other food isn't up to par and is on the drier side. The consistency of food prep needs work and overall the establishment needs work. It might be the many times I came to the mall early and saw that there's absolutely no business blooming at this place, but if it truly reflects that no matter what time you arrive at the mall to eat and there's still no business being made here, people can judge for themselves if this place is worth servicing. It is too expensive to be a cash...

Cashier who took my order was nice, ordered a shrimp pad Thai, SOMEONE MESSED UP. I got a chicken pad Thai instead. Went back and the cashier said I ordered chicken. WHY WOULD I DO THAT? MY daughter wanted SHRIMP, I second guessed myself, she said no, you ordered shrimp. Lol, I know what I ordered. It was NOT chicken. She was nice and said sorry…I was I UNsatisfied with my order because I wanted a shrimp pad Thai, I ordered shrimp, I got chicken, I wasn’t happy, got ripped off, imagine purchasing a red Tesla for extra $, and on delivery day you receive a white Tesla? You let management know, and their response is, “sorry” but don’t fix the problem? Yup, that’s how I felt. I did not bother complaining, next thing you know they get angry at you for their own mistake and you never mess with people who cook your food because you’re going to be the one eating it. I do not recommend this place. I love Thai food, but this is shopping mall quality Thai food. If you are feeling adventurous, order something, you never know which wrong order you’ll get. If you want the chicken, say shrimp....
