All-Day breakfast, which is critical for a shift worker. Very country-oriented, with country music and a ranching theme. The food is pretty good, if maybe shy on default vegetables. They DO have plenty of veggies available, but often charge more if you want to, for example, exchange your potatoes for broccoli. The service is always acceptable, but I am perpetually concerned that there just isn't enough staff. They obviously do their best to get your order to you, I think they are just literally limited by total manpower. I knocked off marks on the Atmosphere segment because I gotta be honest ... as a Hat resident, I am kinda tired of the continual inundation of country music and ranching themed decor. My family was at your place on may 4, 2024, we ordered cheeseburger for our kid, clubhouse sandwich for me, and a breakfast hash for my husband. We sat at far corner, near the fire exit. Though me and my child are ok, the food was mediocre, but edible my husband get a terrible food poisoning. And instead of apologizing and tell us that it’s unfortunate event and you would review the quality of products , you accuse of lying and stating that you watch some footage. Watch your “footage” again then, I was in grey clothes, we were in white car, had a small child with us, I paid on the machine and even left 10% tip, which I now regret.
