Wendy's — Restaurant in Midland

I’ve frequented Wendy’s since it opened in midland and it usually is great and friendly service and food but once in a while they simply cannot get your order right no matter how hard you explain it to them.

This example being and order of 4 jr bacon cheeseburgers (I got 3 after specifying over 5 times that I wanted 4 including at the order screen and the drive thru window). I ordered no tomato, onion and extra mayo an ketchup. My coworker ordered a baconator combo, asking for no mayo and extra ketchup (which the worker confirmed he wanted 3 time's). My ordered came with no ketchup and his order came with extra mayo.

Now understandably this is a larger order for multiple people but after specifying multiple times what we wanted as clearly as possible, as well as holding up a line, you would assume that they would at least get most of what we had asked for correct. I’ve had issues like this once in a while in the past but it has happened a few times lately. Very disappointing as we only had a shortened lunch this day and most of all of it was taken up ordering only to find out we hadn’t even received the right food. I usually don’t...

I don’t like doing this but the Wendy’s direct line phone number does not work. I tried to phone a manager today as yesterday around 430 May 24/2023 pm I went through the drive through at Wendy’s and within an hour and a half of consuming my single Dave burger combo with a poutine and a chincco vanilla drink, I was home and with major stomach cramps and a mess. I’m not prone to stomach/ intestinal problems. This am now a stomach ache and head ache. I just wanted to speak to the manager and put it on record in case others were sick and perhaps they had a problem or they use fresher meat and perhaps undercooked or cream in drink was off? This was my first time eating there, As the phone line to directly speak to someone does not work, perhaps they will read this or anyone else who might have been sick on this date will post.

I will try again to eat there in a while as I don’t want to say it wasn’t good food I less it wasn’t. I did enjoy the flavours of my meal except my drink didn’t do it for me. Sorry for negativity but if they have a problem with their food on their end they...

I came here 4 weeks ago then left after 25mins of waiting in line.. What I expected for a new place but it’s not that it’s new, it’s the workers are horrible!! Came tonight waited 40mins, thought I’d give them another chance. We got to the order speaker waited 10 mins then she took our order. Waited another 15 mins at the window. I said before we leave let’s make sure our order is correct… Nope it wasn’t! One burger was ordered plain nothing on it came fully loaded, sent it back! Missing a burger! Sour cream and chive potato came with no sour cream. So waited for another 15 mins while they made two burgers and to give us sour cream. We got home my grilled chicken apple pecan salad came with bacon on it. I’ve ordered these for years they do not have bacon, my potato was so cold and way over cooked the sour cream couldn’t make it taste good. I’ll never waste my time on this place again. The wait and the food is poor.. As fast as Wendys came in I can see it...
