Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Mill Woods

This was our first time ordering from Papa Johns.....and it will be our last. We were given the wrong pizza order....we ordered the works large pizza....we got a pepperoni....very sparse filling on this pizza..... Very disappointing.... Also it was barely warm and very limp. I have never had to eat pizza with two hands before.

I saw that some of your reviews .....there were some people satisfied. So I thought I would try it.....not going to order from there again. And I certainly will never recommend them to any friends or family.....

Not sure if all Papa Johns prepare there pizza’s the same.... And might get their orders straight....

I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and I added special instructions for it to be well done and clean cut but it was not and today I went there to talk about this issue, the lady there who was working was very rude to me, she was not even listening and said to me ' You don't know how things work'. She was staring at me like I did a crime, on the other side I was trying to be polite. She doesn't know how to treat customers and should be fired immediately, I also work at a papa johns store and this is not how we treat customers. Never gonna order from this store again. This has quickly become my family’s favourite pizza place. We’ve tried others (even ripe tomato and famoso) but they are just not as good, the dough here is sooooooo good and they don’t overload with toppings so the dough can actually cook properly. Only reason I’m rating 4 instead of five is because the delivery drivers are not always good. I’ve had delivery drivers who forget items in my order and don’t show up till half an hour later, when the pizza is then cold..

And I’ve had some delivery drivers ring my doorbell multiple times without giving me a chance to get...
