Ordered via Uber Eats with your Chicken restaurant WTFlock.

We’ve ordered multiple times via Uber Eats. The Chicken Chunks are great, can’t speak for anything else. The issue I find is the atrocious delivery service. You’re 241 Pizza, I get that sometimes people order pizza and you get busy. Once you completely forgot the sides on the order, it’s poor service, but I guess it happens. Tonight it’s been over 70 minutes and counting since I placed the order. If not for the BOGO offers and having Uber One, I’d never in a million years order based on the horrible wait times. Doubtful anything will be done to correct these issues. Tonight will be the last order.

Order finally arrived after 80 minutes. Was missing over half the order + sauces this is the service to expect when ordering...

Ordered an XL pizza on Friday, October 31, Halloween night as well as Game 6 of the World Series. I placed my order for an XL Canadian pizza at 330pm, for delivery between 730-8 that evening. 4+ hrs lead time. There was a group of us getting together to watch the game. At approximately 830, my order was cancelled. Here's the reason: Thanks for waiting. Upon checking here, the order items were out of stock, causing your order to be canceled, and there were no substitutes available.

What a joke!! Won't ever be using 241 Pizza again! Skip...

Order from here for delivery, waited 50 minutes and called the store, driver delivered the pizza without knocking, left the pizza sitting on cold wet concrete, but claimed they knocked. I was sitting at our kitchen table waiting for a knock, there was none. Pizza poorly made and not fresh, store would only refund if they picked up the pizza. Severely disappointed and will not recommend or eat here again
