Absolutely disgusting customer service. Placed an order for pizza delivery at 12:24 and they delivered the pizza at 1:19. The driver Abdullah was a complete scammer. After letting him know it had been over 50 minutes and according to their policy it should be free after this mark. Abdullah continues to say that the policy is 50 minutes however it was free after 1:21. Even after checking the receipt which said we ordered at 12:24, and multiple times telling us that it is only free after 50 minutes, but then continued to tell us that it’s only free at 1:21. So the pizza becomes free after 57 minutes???? FURTHERMORE, we called the customer service and asked them about this issue, and the customer service agent said that the order would only be free at 1:23 because we placed the order at 12:33? So the receipt that we were shown by Abdullah the delivery driver, has a completely different time then the record the agent on the phone says? None of these times make any sense whatsoever, they caused a delay in delivery and then had no decency to even agree with their own information. Never order from here again.

We were told that we only needed to provide our phone number when placing the order and we could get our free pizza. Unfortunately, the employee we spoke to at the counter began yelling at my husband when we tried to walk in and place the order. He said that we needed to call head office because it wasn't possible to just walk in and order, blaming my husband for the mistake. I told him that it was not acceptable to yell at a customer but he ignored me and continued to yell. We asked for his name but he wouldn't provide it, nor would anyone else who was working. When we called head office regarding the miscommunication, at no point in time did they apologize for their error or the way their employee was acting.
