I went to this place a week back. I ordered vada pav. I got it and when I took the first bite it was cold , so I thought it may be due to chutney, took the second bite, still cold!!! So I asked the lady on the counter that if they serve cold vada pav, with full confidence she said No, it’s fried and then we give it to customers. I told her that it’s absolutely cold, not even warm. A shocking answer was given, ‘we heat it, I don’t know what happened, but we heat it’. I asked so are you not going to replace it, and I got same statement in my face. So dear owner, you are in hospitality service sector, if the food is not good and customer is complaining standing there, I would expect a better service by replacing the food if you cannot refund. It’s like you are in Burger King and have ordered fries and if they are not hot enough , you go to the counter and if the person said, ‘I just got it out from fryer ’ so I am not going to do anything!!!!!
