Chaat N Paan House — Restaurant in Milton

I went to this place a week back. I ordered vada pav. I got it and when I took the first bite it was cold , so I thought it may be due to chutney, took the second bite, still cold!!! So I asked the lady on the counter that if they serve cold vada pav, with full confidence she said No, it’s fried and then we give it to customers. I told her that it’s absolutely cold, not even warm. A shocking answer was given, ‘we heat it, I don’t know what happened, but we heat it’. I asked so are you not going to replace it, and I got same statement in my face. So dear owner, you are in hospitality service sector, if the food is not good and customer is complaining standing there, I would expect a better service by replacing the food if you cannot refund. It’s like you are in Burger King and have ordered fries and if they are not hot enough , you go to the counter and if the person said, ‘I just got it out from fryer ’ so I am not going to do anything!!!!! That’s not called service. Hope you change your approach...

Had a very bad experience today with owner, it is not just about the food but the way he reacted to feedback of to-go order from my previous week.He was loud and rude not accepting the fact that the order was flawed.His statements that it could not be possible that the tikki just had outer crust without potato filling and then sarcastically saying either I can offer you the tikki or another order of the tikki pav did not sound positive and was condescending. Please respect your customer. It was a great experience initially when we first ordered from here and have been regular customers, But over a period of time the quality of food and owners behaviour towards its customer is shocking and rude. TOTAL NONSENSE I just received a reply from the owner on my previous review "You asked for whether we serve Pakistani tea or not which the guy told you we don’t have any Pakistani tea and you were not served and he was honest to tell you what we have and what we don’t have so there’s no need for any review as there is no service done for you so you’re review doesn’t matter as it’s based on previous reviews as the guy at the front is different this time than the reviews you looked upon." means honesty can be said in the worst rude behavior and it is acceptable.
