A Disappointing Pizza Experience!
We found ourselves in a rush and decided to order a pizza from this location for our kids at school. I placed the order at 11:45 am and called ahead to let them know I’d pick it up at 12:15 pm. Little did I know that this seemingly routine pizza order would turn into a frustrating experience. Upon arriving, I politely asked the employee for two small boxes (specifically for slices) to make it easier to share with my kids. To my surprise, the employee responded aggressively, stating that they couldn’t provide those boxes. The reason? Apparently, the “Pizza Pizza” logo was printed on them, and they could only sell them for $4 each. So, for two slice boxes, I’d have to pay a whopping $8! I tried to explain that I needed to deliver some slices to my kids at school, and handing them the whole pizza box wasn’t practical. But the employee remained inflexible, insisting that no one would give me the boxes for free. It was a frustrating encounter, especially when I compared it to my experiences at Pizza Hut. At Pizza Hut, I’ve often requested extra slice boxes—sometimes even three—and received them with a friendly smile. Their staff knows how to handle customers, making the dining experience pleasant. Unfortunately, this particular pizza place missed the mark entirely. To add insult to injury, the pizza I received was cold, and the taste was far from satisfactory. Read moreRespected Sir, I am a customer of the store in milton in rexall plaza ,store number 659 & today when i went to buy pizza,one person from the staff misbehave with me &refused to take my order as he said i am filling out the survey and complaining about the store regarding hygiene and store workers and why i wrote that washrooms are dirty and our manager told us that those who complaint about our store we will not take your order and when i tried to explain the importance of survey he told me shut up & donot come again infront of all other customers .I feel very insulted and i told him that no problem i will order from another location and i left.Today whole day i was thinking about this incidence that if this is the result of my survey then i think gather meaningful opinions, comments, and feedback has no meanings & business owners can do whatever they like to do,place is dirty ,staff did not wash there hands,& for the food business i must say that this is very sensitive business and hygiene is very important. Read moreI stopped in randomly on my way home. We didn't plan ahead and pre-order a whole pizza so we purchased 4 large slices of ready made pizza. My order came to $21.90 which included a bag of chips and pop. When they came out of the oven I asked for a box and was told "no the boxes come out of inventory" . Really? I just gave you $21.90 and if I ordered a large cheese pizza it would have cost $11 and included a box. There is something very backwards in this thinking when the box inventory is more important than your customer service.
On top of that my slices weren't bagged individually. Instead two slices were stacked on top of each other with wax paper in between and placed into two bags versus four individual ones.
