Every time I’ve been to this specific location, the service has been awful. The first time I was there, I politely asked for a grilled cheese sandwich and was given their new pizza; this wasn’t the issue as I later learnt that they do not sell their grilled cheese anymore - the problem was the gaslighting and telling me that they did have a grilled cheese and that I was being silly because I should have known better. The next issue was when I asked to collect points on my order when I was passed to multiple employees until the supervisor rudely told me that they did not do that at the location (as someone who also works in customer service, I understand the industry can be fast-paced and have as much respect for the employees as the next person) however the constant rude tone is extraordinarily unnecessary and frankly a little dehumanizing. Today, however, was my biggest issue; they were insulting, arrogant, unprofessional and UNSANITARY!! I ordered a London Fog, a drink made with steamed milk, water and vanilla syrup. They didn’t add vanilla syrup to my drink, making it just streamed milk and water, so I approached the counter asking for my drink to be remade; the supervisor saw me, yelled, “What do you want?” and took my drink out of my hands. I had already had a sip of the drink, but she took the drink behind the counter, added who knows how many pumps of vanilla sweetener, and then put a spoon that they use to mix the ice caps, mixed it up, then didn’t wash it or put it make back in the same previous cup. I ordered 2 Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps, 2 Potato Wedges, 1 Crispy Chicken Craveables, 3 Regular Turkey Bacon Clubs, and 1 Large Coffee through online and it went through. When I arrived at the first drive-thru order taker couldn't understand "Online order pickup" 3 times and the second one came up. The second order taker asked the online order number and I gave it, then another nightmare started. She said their location did not have bacon. What?!?! How could the online order be successful if you don't have an ingredient? I asked if they would refund the portion of bacon which they did not have, but they kept saying it was not possible, then changed the order taker again. The third order taker asked the same thing from the start and I was very upset and exhausted, so told her "please give me what you have, without bacon." - I meant "I want to get my sandwiches without bacon.", but they understood differently. I drove my car to the pickup window, got a small bag of (2 Potato Wedges, & 1 Crispy Chicken Craveables) and a large coffee, then the cashier told me they would refund - I thought they would refund the portion of bacon, but she refunded all sandwiches with bacon. I spent too much time with all the hassle and had to go to a different Tim Hortons location for sandwiches they cancelled.

Read moreI've got to say, this is probably one of the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I was there today at about 8:00 in the morning. I had ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap and a steeped tea and a egg English muffin with extra cheese and bacon. When I got my order the entire thing was wrong. They gave me a breakfast wrap that I didn't order. And then when I let her know she told me that we don't have the bacon chicken ranch wrapped until lunch time. Which is fine but why didn't you just tell me that instead of trying to give me a different rap that I didn't order. Anyway I didn't raise a fuss I just asked for the correction. I went back to my seat and unwrapped my muffin and the muffin was also incorrect. So I went back to the counter still no reason to fuss. Went back to my seat I start to open my tea and of course my tea is incorrect. I went back to the counter and asked if this was even my order. I was still polite. There's a new girl at the counter so I don't blame her. But there wasn't older lady helping her that should have gotten all of this right. She was right over her shoulder and she hurt everything that I ordered. This is not the first not even the second time that this location has been lacking on my orders. This seem to have only happened within the last year or so because this location used to be fantastic.
