Strong Condemnation Review of Quick Chick Employee Behavior
I am writing to express my profound disappointment and indignation regarding a deeply unsettling experience my wife and I recently had at Quick Chick. On [8th July 2024], while my wife was visiting your establishment, she was subjected to inappropriate and unprofessional behavior by one of your employees, a Pakistani man. His persistent, inappropriate staring made my wife feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.
When I approached this employee to address the situation, he brazenly denied any wrongdoing, showing a complete lack of accountability. Seeking further resolution, I then spoke to a female employee, hoping to find the manager. To my astonishment, she claimed that they were all managers and defended his behavior, insisting that he was not that type of person.
This response is utterly unacceptable. Not only did your staff fail to acknowledge the issue, but they also showed no remorse and were unwilling to take any positive action to resolve the situation. Such behavior reflects a serious lapse in professional conduct and customer service standards at Quick Chick.
It is imperative for Quick Chick to ensure that all employees maintain the highest level of professionalism and respect towards customers. Immediate and decisive action must be taken to address this incident, including a thorough investigation and appropriate disciplinary measures. Additionally, I urge Quick Chick to implement mandatory training on professional conduct and customer interaction for all staff members to prevent such incidents in the future.
Until these steps are taken, it is difficult to have confidence in the safety and respectfulness of your establishment. I hope Quick Chick takes this matter seriously and works diligently to restore trust and uphold the standards that customers rightfully...
Read moreI’ve been coming here since it first opened and honestly am very disappointed with the store and food nowadays. I have notice that when the owner’s are not there. You will most definitely get cold food that has been sitting out for awhile, I came in to get a Chicken sandwich combo with my friend, There was nobody in there but we still waited 10-15 mins for our food, the worker didn’t even make much of effort in making our food he literally gave us the old chicken that was laying out and had us wait that long for the fries, so when we sat down to eat it started off very great with a hair in my fires and the best part about whole thing is the burger was cold and it tasted like the chicken was cooked a couple of hours ago this isn’t the first time every time you order with this guy he just seems to be to busy in his own world taking phone calls to give proper customer service and a good dine in experience he is very rude have of the time and most of the time if he is working I don’t even bother ordering because I know am going to get old food from him he does this everytime and also for the first time the store looked completely soulless today it was 9:50 when I came in and it seems like the worker is more of a rush to close so he wraps everything up every so if you walk in at 10pm which reminded the store closed at 12pm you will most definitely have to wait 20 mins for cold old food so pretty much if the guy with the neck tattoos isn’t working you might hit the lottery with warm food i live in the neighbourhood I might check back in 6 months to see if anything changed but right now you lost a long time...
Read moreAbsolutely Disgraceful Conditions at the Milton Location
I usually don’t write reviews, but this needs to be said: the condition of Quik Chik (Milton location) is absolutely unacceptable. The AC and heating system has been broken for over a year. We are in the middle of a scorching summer, and the inside of this restaurant feels like an oven. Meanwhile, the owner continues to make a solid profit but refuses to fix the air conditioning or put money back into the business.
The bathrooms are completely out of service, which is not just inconvenient it’s downright unsanitary. The menu screen is broken, so you’re forced to constantly ask the front counter for prices. It’s frustrating for customers and awkward for the staff.
And speaking of staff, I genuinely feel terrible for the employees. They’re working in these awful, hot conditions all day long with no air circulation. Last winter, I saw one of the workers wearing a thick winter coat inside the store because the heating was broken. It’s clear the owner has no intention of investing in even the bare minimum comfort or safety for the people who keep their business running. Shame on you.
This isn’t just poor management it’s inhumane. Typical Desi-style negligence where profit comes first and employees’ well-being comes last.
To the owner: you should be embarrassed. Your business is making money, but you won’t even provide heat in the winter or AC in the summer? Fix your restaurant. Your customers and especially your staff...
