Subway — Restaurant in Milton

The service was HORRIBLE. When me and my daughter walked in the place was under construction so the two girls were sitting down in a back room sort of thing, The lady was so miserable and angry that we walked in, she walked over and did not greet us at all just stood there angrily staring at me until I came out and said “hi ill take two footlong meatball subs please 😊” (as politely as I could-hoping to soften her attitude) “What bread” she said rudely. I couldn’t believe her nasty mean attitude she seemed like she HATED having to do her job, then every thing I asked her to do on my subs seemed Like I was pulling her teeth or something to the point where I ended up with 2 sandwiches that me and my husband didn’t like because she made me feel so scared & awkward to ask her to put things on them, this woman should NOT be working in customer service she ruined my day with her disgusting mean attitude & our sandwiches...

Went here 04/24/2025, 520pm, wasn’t very busy at all. Two ladies working, I waited my turn. When the one lady was free she simply stood behind the counter and stared at me.. didn’t say anything , I was waiting for at least a “hi what can I get you?”… NOTHING. I stated back.. I asked “are you good?” And she just “yea.” Asked for a pre made sub, foot long.

She said back “6 inch? Turky?” I said “no, the pre made Cuban crunch”. Then proceeds to tell me there is no porchetta, so I asked if I could substitute for chicken. She then proceeds to ask me what toppings go on the sandwhich when there are already a pre made set for this item… I said 3xs “put what’s already supposed to be in the sandwich nothing else”.

Soon as the sub is done and wrapped she just hands it to me, no eye contact, no nothing and I leave.

Very rude, not friendly, not customer service forward, not knowledgeable, overall...

Used to be there was great staff and food quality is good.

Although, The worker that goes by F.R is not the greatest. She she always puts the wrong toppings or sauces on my sub and will forget parts about the order. Last 2 times it was not toasted(maybe the oven is broken), like shes got something against toasted subs. This time she put mustard on it. What if I was allergic. She doesn't even cut it straight. Uneven proportions and she's rude. I'm all but nice to her. I don't know what her problem is. Subway used to be good at this location but whoever hired her or changed policies really goofed it up. And there was also a random pickle.

The ingredients all are good just the craftsmanship is awful. Management take action. Correct the issue before...
