Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Milton

Visited this location to order a medium black coffee like I have been ordering for the last 7 years. I was in the drive thru at 8:30 am on Saturday April 27. It was pouring rain outside and I made a mistake of not ordering my coffee in the intercom. My turn came up and I opened my window and said I am so sorry I forgot to order my coffee. She replied with an angry tone and said you need to go back in line. I said,” I know I made a mistake, it’s only a medium black coffee. She said no you need to go back in line other people are waiting. I said no problem and left. I would completely understand if I had ordered food or a big order but it was just a coffee. It would take her 30 seconds to serve me. I could have been rude and held up the line and argued back with her but I chose not to and left. I was actually in shock and didn’t even know how to react to her rude behaviour. I will never visit this location again. I wrote this because you really need to take a look at who is serving your customers. I am a very reasonable person but this was absolutely unbelievable. Please speak with this lady. Sunday 07/13 at 10:00am and our order was OP tea black with two sugars, coffee black and 20 timbits no chocolate!! Sounds simple. Drive thru not busy. We were handed our timbits and thank goodness my husband took a look at the timbits before leaving the drive thru, half chocolate ones in the box. I asked the gentleman that our order was without chocolate and they took out those ones and added in other ones. Then we got to our destination only to find out my tea was coffee AND tea as the bag was still in it. My husband's was coffee with sugar! I know mistakes happen but to this degree! I come to this Tim's a lot as it is on my way but sorry I just cannot waste my money here any more. Your staff needs to either listen better or learn better time management if it is causing mistakes. Something needs to change. Oh and i am not a fan of honey dip timbits...

The BEST BAGEL I have ever had in my entire lifetime of ordering from Tim Hortons. I want to take the time out to highlight an employee from this location. I came around 5:30 PM on Jan 31, 2020. Young man was working, let me know that he would be right with me as he was preoccupied restocking pastries. He then took my order and told me about the freshly baked bagels. He then completed my order and went around the counter and brought both the coffee and bagel directly to me. Little did i know, that I was about to have the best bagel of life. A freshly baked four-cheese bagel with butter. Toasted to perfection with the perfect amount of butter. This man was an expert. In all seriousness, amazing service and an equally amazing bagel.
