Definitely worst Tim Hortons location in Canada and in Milton Ontario. Was there last month ordered a chilli combo for lunch but the chilli surprised the heck out of me, there was a inky receipt in my chilli. At first, I didn't notice until eating the half of my chilli. Asked for manager to show my food but no onsite manager what so ever, a random employee came out just take my chilli away and kind enough to say sorry without any surprise on her face. I even took some photos before asking for the manager. I contacted Tim Hortons head office immediately after I get home the same day but no one contacted me back til a week later. Finally someone from head office contacted me asking bunch of questions and ask for my consent to have the store manager contact me for further investigation but guess what? Til this day I haven't contacted by the store manager. I'm not here to ask for anything nor wasting my time to write this long story, I'm giving my review of this worst Tim Hortons location in term of...
Read moreWent there to just get a 12 cup coffee box with no coffee as I didn't need that much coffee. But the employees are so dumb they can't understand a simple request. Then they talked to the manager and said no we won't give you. Then I said.. ok give me the coffee, charge me for it but I will just dump it outside and they literally said no we wont sell you. At that point I was so livid, I asked them "Are you saying no to sell me something I am paying for?", the employee said yes and asked me to go to another store or to get out or I need to get my owner here to talk to you. To which I said by all means. After wasting 5 more minutes the employee comes back saying we will charge you and not give you coffee.
Do yourself a favor and don't go to this stupid tim hortons run by morons. No professionalism and such bad treatment...
Read moreI just went through drive through at this location. I had completed a survey at the bottom of a receipt, which entitled the bearer to a $1.00 Iced Coffee. When I drove to the window and presented the completed survey number, I was told I could not give the bottom of the receipt (where the survey is). I have always ripped off the bottom portion as I keep my receipts for my records.
The employee told me that her manager, Schwata, put this policy into place recently. This is not a Tim Horton's policy and am not sure the purpose of this. Additionally, I am sometimes given a printed survey on it's own, without a receipt so this makes zero sense.
I've been to this Tim Horton's many times with my 3 adult children and typically spend $18 to $22. This summer alone I probably spent $300 - $400 here.
Thanks to Schwata, I will...
