My recent order of the Original 8 Piece Combo at Church’s Texas Chicken was disappointing. The chicken pieces were overcooked with a burnt taste on the skin. It was dry, overdone, and left a regrettable aftertaste. Sides (biscuit and fries) and service were good, but the inconsistency in the chicken was disappointing.

Another big change restaurant. The service was great and the staff friendly. The restaurant was mostly clean and the bathroom was out of order. I was shocked at how much food I got when I ordered. It was enough to share with two people. I will be going again.

The food is good, however there's always a wait. What kind of fried chicken place dosen't have fried chicken ready to go?

Why do I need to wait 20 minutes for getting the only food item that you are supposed to sell?

I would understand if it was a special order or something out of the menu, but for your number 1 selling item 20 minutes is a lot of wait time and that too during regular dinner time.

I would request the owner or the management to step up, and fix this issue ASAP.

We are headed into 2025.

Very disappointed in our order tonight, we were missing an order of jalapeno poppers as well as a couple apple pies. What we did receive was not very good, a couple of sandwiches slapped together quickly and messily as well as chicken tenders that were tough dried out and cold. Finally tried. Chicken tenders were okay, original chicken sandwich was more of a mayo sandwich-YUCK, fries were soggy and only 2 options for drinks;pepsi and orange crush. The amount of chicken sitting drying out on display was SHOCKING, feel bad for those who will end up being served what was there. The biscuits were good. Small and as with the chicken, sitting under a heat lamp drying out. May try again in a few months if they manage to keep...
