Ordered a pizza for my kids last night at 5:10 pm. Was told it would be here in 30 to 35 minutes. At 5:50 it hadn't arrived so I called back and was told they were extremely busy but it was on its way and was no longer in the store. I waited again until 6:10 and called back and asked for a manager. The boy who spoke to me explained he was a manager and "they were doing their best." He insisted the pizza had left the store. I asked if he could get in touch with the driver and was told that they were so busy they just didn't have time to get in touch with drivers to check where a delivery had gone awry. I was insistent that he do something at which point he put me on hold and went and "found" the pizza which must have been sitting there for 45 minutes. He couldn't tell me how long it had been sitting but was sure it hadn't been there for an hour. He half-heartedly apologized and he kept telling me how busy they were. I was told he "could" remake it but that there was a long line ahead of us now (why they wouldn't prioritize a re-make since we had ordered over an hour before, I didn't understand) or he could rush it out right away. At that point we just wanted to make sure our two teenagers had dinner and it was a safer bet for the existing pizza to arrive. At 6:30 my partner and I had to leave for a Valentine's Day dinner reservation in Abbotsford and it still hadn't arrived. We left money with the kids with instructions to let us know when it had arrived. It was 6:45 when the pizza showed up and it was cold. They brought the wrong bottle of pop - I originally asked for ginger ale but before the end of my initial order we changed it to coke. And the cheesy bread was also stone cold and now very greasy. I have ordered dozens of times from this store and except for the odd hiccup are usually pretty reliable. This was extremely disappointing and I doubt I will order from here again. They obviously didn't care about the product they were serving or the time it was...

Worst customer service experience I have ever experianced.They gave me the wrong pizza and proceeded to give me attitude over correcting the issue. She started to explain how they make the pizza because I'm wrong and clearly don't know what I ordered. She expected me to drive down to the store so they could identify the wrong pizza they made and only then they would make me a new pizza if they decide the pizza they gave me is wrong at that point. Unacceptable. I asked to have them deliver me the correct pizza and she said they are very busy tonight trying to get out of it. When I would not take no for an answer she got very short with me on top of the already poor attitude and garbage customer service. They did send me a new pizza and exchanged it for the wrong one in a timely manor so I will give them credit for that. Read moreFood is good, but when the driver didnt carry change, even though its mentioned im paying cash, walks away with my money without giving me my change is one thing to complain about. But having that same driver come back to bring my money back after i called to explain the situation and have him tell me if i cant afford to tip, then dont bother buying the pizza is another problem now. would really shock me if someone like that kept his job after arguing with the customers over tips at their HOUSE. It really reflected that this store has no manners nor standards or respect to their paying customers
A TIP is how the SERVICE is, not what YOU are owed. If you dont get a tip, your service was bad OR maybe people are in a tight spot.
