I have to share this experience because this is the second time it has happened. I was as of today a loyal Subway customer at this location. I have spent thousands of dollars at this location for the 1 year I have been going to this location which I had no problem spending and enjoying the Subway Experience and being able to make sandwiches/subs the way I wanted. Unfortunately this has now changed and I will not be returning and will spend my hard earned money at a different location moving forward. I have had 2 bad and frustrating experience with one of the staff members at this location. At around 5:45-6:00pm Wednesday April 23rd 2025, I stopped in at this location and had unprofessional experience with the same staff member. I ordered a couple of sandwiches and asked the staff member to build it the way I wanted it. This staff member refused to listen to my direction on how I wanted my sandwiches made. This staff member was very argumentative for no reason and refused to listen to what I had asked. I never yelled, insulted or disrespected this person in any way or form. The video cameras will show this. Since this staff member refused to build the sandwiches the way I wanted I left the store in mid sandwitch making disappointment. I refused to spend my money on sandwiches I never asked for or for a rude and unprofessional staff member. I then proceeded to go across the street to Barbaritto where the staff there had no problem building my Tacos the way I asked. I even left them a tip for the great service. The manager of this location needs to know and talk to there staff about customer service because this rude staff member does not understand what this is. Read moreMe and my girlfriend went to this location late in the evening, around 8:30-9pm, and we were surprised to find only one employee working. There was a significant lineup, which we determined was largely because there was only one person behind the counter. Her name was Harpreet, and she was incredibly courteous and polite. Her service was outstanding and the food was well prepared, despite the obvious pressure she was under. I asked her why she was working all alone so late at night, she said it was a management decision. As someone who's worked late shifts in similar workplaces, I felt that it was unsafe and unreasonable for her to be working alone, especially in the area where the location is located. I know plenty of gas stations that lock their doors at 9pm because of safety concerns, and if they are open late, they consistently have one other person in the building for mutual safety. Read moreThe worst service I have had by at a subway in my life by far. I tried to order two subs, one just pepperoni with no pizza sauce, and that was the first problem. The woman making the sandwich put pizza sauce on it and got mad when I said scraping it off wasn't good enough, she proceeded to roll her eyes so say things in another language to her coworker who was chuckling. Doesn't take an imagination to figure out who they were talking about. Then my sandwich came and the cheese was melted all over the paper and hanging out of the sandwich with none on the actual sandwich, when I said "come on, what is that" she just said "what?"
