Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Mission

The food is good - the stars are lost over the service quality. First, the delivery man ignores written instructions to knock on the door, and that I'm paying cash, showing up with a point of sale machine. I tell him to make it $32 and he heads to the car for change. I tell him that to save time I'll use a credit card. He enters some amount and taps the card, not allowing me to see the amount, and he gave himself enough of a tip to make it $33.85. I had already offered over a 10% tip despite his disregarding delivery instructions. He had no legal right to give himself a higher tip than I offered. He crumpled the receipts instead of giving them to me. We then ran the card through again this time with $32 and he said he would void the $33.85 sale back at the store, identifying himself as the manager. Look, the manager knows how to read, he's not some kid, it was only 2:17PM. Unacceptable.

It is now a bit over 24 hours later. The $33.85 was never cancelled - the charge was put through in addition to the $32 which was put through. Until this is resolved, I have had $33.85...

So my husband and I order from here now and again and we've gotten used to it being hit and miss, we understand, sometimes its busy and errors happen. But tonight was.. horrible, we ordered an hour and a half before closing, our small Hawaiian came as two personal sized pizzas, not really a big deal, but.. our wings box was smashed like it had been punched in, and 90% of the sauce was in the BAG not the container. The driver forgot our dips and we called a couple minutes later, and he had them in the car but wouldn't return. Spoke to the shop and got a $10 credit at least. But, to top it off the driver complained to us about having to delivery so close to closing.

Ordered delivery for Pizza & pastas, Mission, about $38/order. Half pizza was mixture of sand & indeed it was awful; called them & put me on-hold saying hold for a min but was on hold for a long time, she never came back; 10 min at least; called again no answer ; never bothered calling back; they could have called back as courtesy; indeed bad service & no concern for customers; we will never order from them ; Domino's they are as always awosome & great services! Strongly recommended Domino, not Pizza Hut ; these days they are very arrogant & do not care for...
