Wendy's — Restaurant in Mission

Normally, we really like Wendy's, but the service at this location is absolutely terrible. We specifically drove out to this location as it was new and figured we'd support a new location. NEVER coming here again! We waited a few minutes to order, which was fine, no big deal. The person was quite rude and spoke to me like I was interrupting him when he took my order. He asked me to wait in the parking lot as it was going to be a few minutes to finish making our order. The lady in front of us was also waiting in the parking lot for her order. There were 5 cars that went through the drive-through after us and two people from Skip the dishes get their orders. 20 minutes later, both of us are still waiting. I go in, and they're all just standing there not doing anything. I ask where my order is, and they're like, "Oh ya, we're uh just waiting on the chicken strips." They clearly completely forgot about our order and the other ladies' order. I hope Wendy's gets new owners and staff at this location. I'm super disappointed and frustrated. This restaurant has the worst customer service ever!! I went through the drive thru. When I got to the window, the guy just stuck a debit machine in my face. He did not say hi. He did not give me my total. There was no greeting at all. Not even a smile. He just stuck a machine in my face and looked like he wanted to kill me.

Then my food was not ready. There was no one behind me, but they told me to go away and drive through the drive thru again in 2 minutes. Why? Nobody was waiting behind me! You want me to waste time and gas by driving in circles for no reason? They told me I could wait in the front if I prefer. I did. 5 minutes went by. They told me it would only be 2 minutes. So I drove through again. When I got to the window, THEN they smiled (they knew they messed up), and said, "It's ready!!"

When I got my food home, I realized they didn't give me my chocolate milk.

Ordered and paid for drive thru; 2 double garlic mushroom burgers, 2 double JBC, 3 large fries, and a med fries. Waited approx 10min for "new" fries, got home to find we received 2 single garlic mushroom burgers that looked as though they'd been sat on and fry containers half full. Consistently having problems with accuracy and quality of orders through drive thru. At almost $10 for one of these burgers and over $4 for a large fries, I expect better. Normally I'd have gone back to have the order fixed, however it was late and I had hungry kids. Not sure I'll be back to this location, seems to be getting worse. Maximizing your food cost by ripping people off, not okay. And doing so in the drive thru knowing most people won't notice...
