This 241 location is blatantly falsely advertising their pizza slice prices. It's the principle that makes this infuriating. As you can see in the picture, the sign say $3.99 for 1 slice of pepperoni  pizza. The lady charged me $5 for a slice of just cheese pizza. I've taken a picture of both for your reference. I'm baffled at how someone can just get away with advertising something so clear on their menu board ( screen ) and they would turn around and charge more for it and to tell me too bad and call corporate??? Which I did and apparently, they don't have any domain over walk-in orders. I've since sent an email to an address the call centre rep provided for me. 241 is a nostalgic pizza brand that I grew up with since I was a little kid. But this is just blatant disregard of the customer experience and I'm pretty sure is probably breaking the law in terms of advertising. 50 cent is not a lot of money, it's their lack of integrity or even care for trying to at least update their prices if they're going to charge more. Want a good cheese pizza slice for $5? Go to Pizza Luca just down the street. You'll getter better bang for your buck and their pizza crust is way better and bigger.

w – Positive) “I had a wonderful experience at this pizza place! The customer service from Anmol was excellent — very polite, attentive, and professional. He made sure my order was correct, served with a smile, and even checked if everything was good afterwards. It really makes a difference when staff go above and beyond to make customers feel valued. Thank you, Anmol, for such great service — I’ll definitely be coming back

One of the very good pizzas i have had recently. I was told the store is now run by a new management and i met the guy, he was very friendly and made sure i get my pizza very well. No compromise on toppings, quantity of cheese and it was well done. This location is definitely better than any other 241 pizza’s you would try. Highly recommend giving them a try for all nearby people.

Terrible service. Ordered two pizzas online. Called to check on status of delivery after waiting almost an hour. Turns out they hadn't even started our pizzas yet. They didn't have the type of crust we wanted and rather than calling us or leaving a message, they just left our order in limbo indefinitely. I understand that they are busy but they really need to respect their customers' time a bit better than this. Common courtesy would have been to try to contact the customer rather than just leaving them hanging.

Update: The 241 call center offered to rush deliver our order for free as an apology. While this was a nice gesture, this ultimately made things even worse: We waited another 40 mins for our pizzas that never arrived. Again, our pizzas had not even been started yet! Apparently, the local store refused to honor the order now because the pizzas were free. Rather than notify the customer or the call center of this, they again just left my family hanging indefinitely, wondering where our pizzas were. I reached out to their customer service department about this terrible experience on several occasions as per their suggestion but I never heard back from anyone. Lesson leanerd: never order from 241...

I recently tried 241 Pizza in Mississauga on Bloor Street and I am so glad I did. The moment I walked in the smell of freshly baked pizza made me hungry right away. The menu has a great variety of options from classic pepperoni to specialty pizzas loaded with toppings. I ordered a large pepperoni and a veggie pizza for sharing and both were delicious. The crust had the perfect texture, crisp on the outside yet soft inside. The sauce had a rich flavor that paired so well with the melted cheese.

The staff at 241 Pizza were very welcoming and helpful in explaining the specials. My order was ready quickly and everything was hot and fresh. I also noticed how clean and comfortable the store was which added to the positive experience. The prices are very fair compared to other pizza shops in the Mississauga area, and the portion sizes are generous.

This location is great for families, students, or anyone craving good quality pizza at an affordable price. I will definitely be coming back again because the food and service really impressed me. If you are in the area and searching for tasty pizza 241 Pizza on Bloor Street is...
