Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Mississauga

I came in on 05/19/2024 and was so disappointed and felt down right disrespected by the "managers" remarks. I came in to get a drink and thought I would ask to speak the manager regarding a concern I had last week with my Tim's points. Basically what happened was, last week I got a M tiramisu iced coffee which was over $4, I specifically noted on the app to NOT redeem my points as I was already paying with cash. I found out later on that I paid and also used a bunch of my points and I showed her the proof of my points history as a reference. She, (the rude Filipina woman) was saying "oh we can't do anything about the points', I was mostly looking to see if she'll at least hear me out and her response was "it was only $4". Rudely saying who cares about your points and I only spent $4.... Are you serious??? Tim Hortons the biggest coffee franchise in Canada and this is coming from a MANAGER out of all people???? Service can go from 2-5 pretty easy depending on employees, place is fairly under staffed compared to other Tim Hortons from what I've seen, advertised to close at 11 pm, in actuality closes before 10:30 pm. Orders can be taken quite slowly or very rarely forgotten, staff are very friendly and welcoming though. Vanessa is a good example of somehow who works fast/effectively while being great to talk to. For no fault of anybody, don't come at 10:40-11:45 Mon - Friday as area if filled with local teenager's, most of them not buying anything, and just loitering (Coming from a student myself) Food is of pretty good quality at fairly good speeds. The decrease in wrap sizes suck, still taste good though, and they add a good amount of cream cheese to bagels at a pretty good price. Atmosphere is pretty nice at the right times, always clean, good building, perfect amount of background noise. Great study place/4 people chat groups. An XXL drink size would be great. I could not leave the location without leaving a review. I have been coming to this Tim’s for 7 years now and I am amazed at the service. My coffee is always perfect :). I genuinely feel like I’m at home. It is a busy location so please be kind to the workers because they get tired too and they have to deal with lunch rush hour and students. Shoutout to Amy because she always has the best energy and the fact that I came in to get my coffee and she remembered my name makes my experience and this specific Tim’s even more special.
