I Heart Boba — Restaurant in Mississauga

I came here with a friend on a Saturday afternoon. I was browsing for a bubble tea place that I haven't been to before and decided to give this one a try. It is located inside of High Point Mall but you can also enter from the outside. Parking space was somewhat limited during busy hours but it is within walking distance.

Upon entering their shop, the interior decor was heavily decorated with signage and art including the history of tea. They have a huge variety of flavours here ranging from smoothies/slushies to fruit/cream teas.

I ordered the Thai tea with green jelly and my friend ordered Thai green tea with boba. Both of our teas were very strong (like real Thai tea). The toppings were super yummy and fresh. If you are a Thai tea lover, be sure to adjust sugar levels according to your taste buds 😋. I would give both of these a worth it for the price and a fire 🔥.

Overall, the service was fast and friendly. Other reviews stated that they have stamp cards but we never got one (might need to request). I definitely would be coming back to try out more of their...

I did not like the service and the boba that I bought. I was being nice to the cashier asking her to change the boba that I bought yesterday since it tasted awful and makes my mouth dry. So I decided to throw it out. However, they said that they cannot change it since I already drink and sip on it. How am I supposed to know that it tastes awful without drinking it?!!! It doesn't make sense. So I drank it and tasted it but it tasted awful. That's why I have to complain. If it tasted good, they're not going to hear from me and All I ask is to get a new one since I did not drink it at all. Not gonna come back here again. I don't like the service and they couldn't fix their customer complaint. I'm already upset since I spent money on buying that drink and not being able to drink it. A waste of money and not good customer service. Awful owner and cashier. Not going to buy here again and not coming back anymore. COCO FRESH more options and better milk teas. I don't recommend this place at all. Guys go buy at Coco Fresh. Their milk teas taste...

the drinks were great however the service was terrible. I came in last Sunday evening and the cashier was giving every customer attitude and being very disrespectful. She refused to accommodate a concerned customer about their lactose intolerance and even yelled at a customer for having difficulty speaking in English. I used to come here very often with my friends, but the customer service has dropped severely.

Edited: After seeing the owners reply, i had decided to give the store another chance. and I dont regret it. I visited on sunday and the customer service has really improved. The service was amazing. Althought I think it was a diffrent worker from last time. Nevertheless, I am happy that they seem to take my feedback. (edited)...
