Superintendents (Bon and Drita) dont behave like human beings.

They blocked my access to the building, I had to wait from 3 AM to 5 AM for someone to come by so they can open the door for me just so I can enter the building I pay rent in. The next day I went to the office to request them to reactivate my fob keys, the lady said its not her job, I had to ask her who should I go to then? She said Bon and gave me his number. I called him and told him the issue and he just outright said I dont have time for this. This irritated me and I just sat down in the office to wait for them until they get time to resort the issue. Drita during working hours tells me to get out of the office and I said no I will wait until Bon can come and fix my keys. She then leaves the office and locks the doors from the outside, some ten minutes later both Bon and Drita come back and tell me to leave the office even though I was there during working hours. She shoved the sofa into me while Bon just stood there watching and then he too joined in. Thats when I pulled out my phone and started recording until she slaps the phone out of my hand. Long story short cops were called and then they fixed my fobs. They dont know how to talk to people. I dont know why the management is letting them work, they should be fired by now.

They are Islamophobic in my opinion. They are so rude against the Muslim families living in the building. They annoy my guests. Once I was just minding my business and walking by the office when this woman had the audacity to call me a terrorist based on my appearance. I dont understand how the managament did not take any action against them for literally harassing and assaulting a tenant. Anywhere else, they wouldve been...

I'd recommend not going based off the photos listed on the website. They are certainly not accurate to what you will see. Hallways are falling apart, wallpaper torn off, musty smelling.

Homeless people are consistently in the building leaving needles around in common areas such as hallways and staircases, sleeping in common areas, etc. It has got increasingly worse as the days/weeks/months progress.

Water is constantly being turned off - at least twice a month.

There is a very bad cockroach problem. In the 10 years I have lived here we have had to get sprayed at least once a year.

In my opinion, Drita whom is one of the managers is one of the rudest people you can ever come across. Has zero people skills, I am constantly witnessing her be belligerent and downright rude to multiple different tenants, they certainly cannot all be the problem. It is very evident that she is the problem.

There is zero noise control. There are multiple kids that use the hallways as a playground and regardless of how many times you complain, nothing is done. It is not my responsibility to make sure other people are following rules.

At current price as of 3/5/2024 - a 1 bedroom is almost $2400. You can find much nicer pretty much anywhere in Mississauga. If we weren't paying the very low rate we are, we would not live here. Thank goodness for rent control.

I hope my review of where I currently live and have lived for over 10 years sparks some changes in this building, but I'm sure it won't.

Bad: Broken things which not getting fixed.Such as. Broken entrance door handles, for last 3 month, hot water outages, old and smelly ventilation etc. Bedbugs out of nowhere, once a year for granted. Yes they treat them and mostly it is clean, as long you are clean, but trust me... cockroaches, almost gone in last 6 month but again they treat them... and out of blue they return sometimes. Crazy neighbors - screaming, fighting and yelling out of blue at 2-3am. Construction noise right at your windows all day long between 7am to 5pm Mon-Fri Construction noise in the building! Hammer drills...sanding machine, walls hammering etc. Regular water outages for a day - repairs and fixage on the new apartments, just regular old building stuff...
