Subway — Restaurant in Mississauga

No wonder why they are below 4. I ordered a 6in Turkey to pickup at 6.45PM on 24th, April. I decided to have it there (thank God) since I was bit hungry and was disappointed to see how it has been made. As you can see in the picture, I wanted more onions, crispy onions and sauces, but the lady (there was a guy as well, but he was on his break, so a young lady made and served it) has entirely forgotten to put the crispy onions and hadn't put anything extra. She refused the fact that she hasn't forgotten anything and even denied she put less amount of ingredients when I went and asked about it. Unfortunately, I had to open the sandwich and show it to her (you may check the camera around 6.45PM to verify this fact). She had no choice and took it back with angry face and put some crispy onions and put sauce everywhere on the sandwich. It looked disgusting (just imagine) but I took it and finished because I had to rush to another place. This is the worst Subway experience I have so far and the worst service. I've been ordering from different places around Ontario and never faced...

It's been a long time since I've been to Subway and it's going to be a longer time before I return. The food wasn't terrible but it was expensive and the service at this particular location left a bit to be desired.

I had a small (6 inch) Teriyaki Crunch sub (teriyaki-glazed chicken, veggies, cheddar cheese, crispy onions, sweet onion teriyaki sauce). The flavours weren't bad but the sauce was a bit much and, in hindsight, I don't think cheese and teriyaki are a good match.

Customers at a nearby table left shortly after we arrived, and they left all their garbage on the table. Shame on them. Shame on the staff for not clearing the table, especially since the restaurant wasn't busy.

With mediocre food, poor service, and high prices, it's no wonder this place has low ratings. I expected better....

The one-star reviews about this place is REAL!

Ordered 2 subs on 03/16/2023 5:37pm. My chicken teriyaki sub was given the wrong cheese and missing toppings. The other sandwich, steak and cheese had NO cheese inside.

The female who answered the phone hung up on me. When I called back on another phone number, she said her name was “Preet”. She wanted me to drive back with the sandwich. I told her that I’m 8km drive away and she said “it’s ok, bring me back the sandwich tomorrow.” 🙄 Seriously?

Very unprofessional. How difficult is it to follow a simple online order? I will follow-up with the manager (she said the manager wasn’t there).

Try another restaurant....
