A&W Canada — Restaurant in Mississauga

I waited in line with a 4 year old behind ONE customer for almost 30 minutes! When I finally got served, she told me they didn't have hot dogs. No sign saying they were out. She said they're not out, they don't sell them...... Then I ordered a kids meal. She didn't tell me that it came with a choice of fries or apple slices. Looking at the picture, it appears that both come in the meal. She just rang it up. Then I ordered a meal for myself and instead of the meal price, she charged everything separate. My total was $27 for ONE kids meal and ONE adult combo!!! All she said was... That's how it's charged. I know it's not because not the first time I've ordered. Then waited another 15 minutes for food. They didn't even put the kids meal in the kids box. When I asked all the questions, the answer was.... "Everyone knows this already, I don't need to explain it everytime" and for the kids box, she said they don't give them unless it's take out. I explained that, that's part of the kids meal experience! Worst "fast food" experience and the worst A&W. The counter girl was pretty rude and did a lot of wandering around behind the counter. The other girl who was making the food, was doing so without wearing gloves and a lot of cross contamination happening. This was once a good A&W. Now it's...

Today I went this A&w for the first time with my family here and it was totally disaster and unprofessional behaviour by their staff.Whenever we go this mall to enjoy we always go somewhere outside to eat but today we thought to give it a try but they left us out with such horrible experience. I have visited to so many A&W restaurants and the staff over their is so nice but today on 13june,25 between at 6:40 to 7 pm here the turban guy and the lady at the front her name end with inder something they treated me and my family with such rude behaviour because when we asked for refill for the drink she said it’s for a dollar but they never said us such like that when we were placing and order and the way of talking was so rude the turban guy was talking on the phone call to someone and later said fir the same thing we need a dollar …it’s not about giving a dollar we can give a dollar where we paying so much but there should be some professionalism and I think they never taught how they have to give the nice...

I ordered two teen Burger combos from the Dixie Outlet Mall store this evening, specific store and they read the ticket wrong and gave me the wrong ingredients on my hamburger. They gave me onions and mustard the two ingredients that I did not order. Even when I went on afterwards to Uber they verified the ingredients I did not receive were the ones that I actually ordered.

I called the store to see if they would rectify the order and the women told me that I was wrong and that I did order wrong through Uber. Meanwhile THEY read it wrong and then she hung up on me. This is horrendous customer service, and they should not use Uber if they don't know how to read an order coming in.... Or, at least NOT blame the customer for THEIR mistake.

I would highly advise never to go to the store. It's unfortunate because my family loves to dine at A&w a lot. It's one of our favorite places to eat but now we will be taking our business elsewhere. They are rude and they don't know how to understand reading the orders...
