Stay away!!!! If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Chicken tasted and smelled like it had gone bad. Basically inedible. We tried to get our money back, they refused. They tried to give us more food which we obviously didn't want at that point anymore. And then we even tried to give them the food back, they refused to take it back over the counter. Horrible customer service, horrible food. We left the food on their counter anyway and walked away very upset and angry that they basically stole our money and refused to give it back for chicken that I hope my son doesn't get sick over now....

Went to Buy lunch here today because I haven't had this in a while , as I was eating my food I found a large hair in my rice , I politely took it to the manager Jenny , although she had had offered me a new meal at that point I didn't want to eat anything else because of my experience. I asked for a refund , she mentioned to me that they don't give refunds which I thought was really weird for a big establishment like this . She did give me a coupon but I probably would...

It's just the same as it was when you were a kid at that mall you used to go to as a kid.

And when you want it- it's consistently good at this location. I get the skinny noodle, mixed veg, and Louisiana chicken. My fiance gets the same with blackened chicken. Its flavorful, not really spicy, always tasty and fresh. The portions are good, the containers are always well filled.
