I was recommended to try jimmy the Greek for the first time because I heard good things about the chicken. I work in Dixie outlet mall full time and never has an issue with any of the staff in the food court. as I am on my 30 minute lunch break, preparing to purchase my meal, the disrespectful old lady (WHO WASNT EVEN PREPARING MY MEAL) rudely tells me that I need to hurry up and take my order because her line is long and I need to get off my phone because I’m delaying the lady that was surving me. The lady who was surving me was much younger and nicer…. I was very upset and I asked the younger lady if I did something wrong because I knew I didn’t. She asked me if I wanted sauce on the lettuce… I said no, she asked me if I wanted cheese on the lettuce I said yes… and out of no where this miserable old lady wants to tell ME I need to hurry up ??? How?! Why!? I told her that was unnecessary and disrespectful and I also said I was going to report this incident because I was so hungry yet so turned off… I didn’t end up eating anything for lunch because I had no time to get anything else and I refused to give her company my money after that horrible encounter. She started shoo-ing me and saying things in her language I would assume to be disrespectful. So my whole lunch was basically pointless… the worst experience I’ve ever had in this mall by far.
So for my first experience here I would give a negative rating of 10. Jimmy needs to hire better staff that are respectful. I’m in my uniform so she is obviously aware I work in the mall and that’s not how you treat someone who works in the same mall as you.
Like I said before I never experienced that kind of attitude from anyone at all in this food court.
I will be going to the corporate head office to make another report if I don’t get a follow up here.
My feelings where completely hurt because how can you treat a mall associate in that way? How can I be holding up the line when I only have an x amount of time to eat my lunch and head back to work? I was so lost and I felt very offended. I told her I will take a picture of her to report to her head office and she actually posed for the camera… terrible terrible miserable old lady

When I approached the manager to return the food and explain the situation, I was shocked by her response: "It happens." This dismissive attitude is unacceptable. Not only was I denied a refund, but I also did not receive an apology.
I urge everyone to avoid eating at this establishment until this matter is resolved. As a culinary arts graduate and Red Seal Chef, I find this situation deeply troubling and unacceptable. I am seconds away from contacting the health inspector, who is a close friend of mine, to address this issue formally.

Read moreThis place needs to be closed down. Customer service was non existent. Food is over priced, dry, burnt and the staff is beyond rude. I even noticed one person say that the price was ridiculous and didn't want to pay for her order and left. The staff re-used the food by putting the items back inside.
I wanted to share with my mom and asked for an extra paper plate. They refused... I asked for a small glass of water and told me they don't have cups? This "Jimmy the Greek" should be replaced with better management or even another business. STAFF is RUDE - Customer service is POOR - Food is DRY and OLD / not fresh - look how long the chicken has been sitting in the liquid... days old?
