Manchu Wok — Restaurant in Mississauga

Was visiting the mall today. Went to use the washroom and while I was in there an employee from Manchu Wok came in to use the washroom as well. Once I was done I washed my hands as your supposed too but I observed this individual just walk out. After I finished washing my hands I noticed this same employee handling the counter area. I approached him and mentioned I was in the washroom and I observed you just walk out and not wash your hands. His reply was I washed it at the counter that had a sink attached. I said to him from a customer POV I wouldn't know this and even if you did it wouldn't hurt to wash your hands in the washroom and if you want to wash them again upon return to the counter that's ok. I have feeling he never washed his hands as he got defensive...

Earlier this week I got KFC from Dixie mall and the smell of the chicken literally smelt like a dead fish and looked very unpleasant. Even after this encounter I still had hope to try a different restaurant in the food court, so I decided to get Manchu wok…..worst decision. For One I ordered beef and broccoli and the beef was pale and slimey, didn’t taste good at all, for Two along with that I got honey garlic chicken….. disgusting too. I had a bad feeling about the taste but continued to eat it. The following morning I got food poisoning 🤬 I do not recommend food in general from this food court because of all the bad reviews I’ve seen and heard from people whom work in this mall, the environment where our food is being handled is disgusting...

So I went there Sunday 1050am, so when fresh food is apparently there. To order rice and chicken balls with red sauce over all. I didn’t have a knife so had a hard time putting the fork in as the chicken ball was extremely hard and when I put it in my mouth it was cold including the sauce. When I brought it back to them to ask for my money the lady said “I don’t know how to give back money”. So I said call who you need she then called the cook or lady from out back she was touching my food and taking pictures to send to whom ever on the phone. She offered $7 refund from my $16.95. Just stay away as I even contacted head office and still...
