Undoubtedly the most unprofessional, rude and arrogantly managed joint in the food plaza where customers are greeted with management / owner friends with their 4x4 truck illegally parked at the front of their entrance blocking the already congested inner traffic and when you finally manage to get to the door, its blocked by chairs where his friends smoking shisha and blowing the heavy smoke in your face and blocking the side walk forcing pedestrians to walk on narrow street with cars going every which way.
When you finally make it to the counter after rubbing your eyes so you can see the menu only to find out they don’t have half of their menu items.
We sit on a empty table where no one is sitting to decide what we can get now with our limited choice… we are told by a customer seated next to us that they are waiting for the rest of the group and would need our table (this is a sit down joint where you place your order and find available table to sit)… there’s no one managing the dining area to assist customers wanting to sit.
While sorting out the empty table availability with the customer claiming its theirs… this guy (with grey beard.. not sure if he’s the owner or from management) comes to me from outside shisha party and tells me that “I have embarrassed him in front of his friends” by waving at the thick smoke his friends were blowing on our faces (me, wife, son) with my hand to clear the smoke as we try to enter… we did not utter a word to anyone.
What an arrogant guy… instead of asking his shisha party friends to move away from the entrance so potential customer can come in without inhaling their secondhand smoke… he tells me “ he would not serve me as I was rude to his friends” with my hand waving motion to clear the thick smoke blown in our faces as we enter.
So much for the Afghani hospitality… not sure about the food.
With this level of rudeness and arrogance… I’m surprised they managed to stay in...

Read moreThis was definitely a terrible experience it was my first time going to the restaurant had very high expectations as I was told from friends it was great quality as well as the service. My friend and I ordered the barbeque chicken with some rice and salad. I made sure I told the lady on the cashier to clarify what mild was and I told her specifically that I cannot have any spicy chicken for a serious medical condition. Nonetheless, the food comes to our table , after waiting 15 -20 minutes, just to realize not only the chicken was spicy but she had poured some hot sauce all over my palate. made me wait another 10 minutes for a replacement just to realize that the chicken itself was spicy. I was really bothered and annoyed since I have a medical condition which is called ulcerative colitis very serious problem. She asked me to wait for the Chef when he was out for a smoke… Chef came back from his break. I explained to him what happened and I was really upset. he just simply looks at me and he tells me that next time you can order everything else but the barbeque chicken because is spicy. Lol seriously.. is this a sort of joke now?! now you’re telling me there is gonna be a second time absolutely not. I think you should reteach your workers what is spicy and what not spicy in your restaurant. a man like me with a serious issue can easily sue this place. please claim your mistakes . Maybe instead ask me if want another plate or ask me what else I prefer to eat, this man comes and tells me that next time I should order something else. Really has the audacity to blame this on me as if it’s not his workers fault . Absolutely terrible experience and I consider this is serious issue. I hope people understand this is more...
