Update - These guys never even had the nerve to apologize contact me. Let me do something very special. Before you even think of ordering there go on Uber eats select pickup and go to the Ray Lawson hurontario location that's usually offering buy one get one free burritos fries and many other things and it's only a 2 minutes away from this place. Don't worry I'll keep updating you many reasons not to go here because they did not treat the big dog right. To think I order burritos at least twice a week and my customers and friends that I see probably order about 10 to 15 on top weekly. So a lot what a bad decision this company made..
Well I went in there today for their supposed grand opening. And I was there very first customer. Let me tell you the experience
Yesterday I am alerted there is a grand opening in Mississauga at a bar burrito for $5.99 burrito special. I call the store to confirm that any burrito will be $5.99 steak and shrimp included. I am told yes. I drive for about 25 minutes today to get here to write a review hopefully good and test out this new restaurant.
I walk in and I'm told I am their very first customer after grand opening. I asked to order two steak burritos. I am told the steak burritos will be $5.99 plus an extra dollar. I'm not too happy as yesterday I had called and was told it'll be 5.99.. I asked the owner is this the case he says yes. Being there first customer You would think they would say you know what for you we're going to give you any burrito today for the $5.99 since you drove so far and you called yesterday and were told different information. That is not the case. I decide to leave as I am upset that the deal I was told is not actually the deal and I've been misled.
As I am driving away I decide to call the store one more time and see if they are wanting me to come back and try this burrito and not charge me that one extra dollar and test out their customer service. I am told they will be charging that extra dollar even though they have told me that and I guess driving there 35 minutes meant nothing to them.
With that said - I will not be giving a good review of this restaurant, I will not be telling my friends and family to come here.
It is a shame that this restaurant treated me like this considering how much take out I order regularly.
Maybe we get a response back from the owner and maybe we don't. Time will tell.
But for today's experience we will rate a one out of five as the customer service And my experience was very disappointing.

She was working alone on a Saturday evening with a long queue of customers and online orders, yet she didn’t back down and ensured all the orders were fulfilled. This location is receiving an overall rating of two stars only because of her dedication, otherwise, I would have given zero stars due to the owner and management. They are greedy and heartless, exploiting their employees for profit. It’s truly disgusting to see someone treat their employees this way and still have the audacity to complain about them not doing their work properly.
