I'll share an experience I had earlier today:
Ordered chicken tenders and fries from them - when the order came the box felt unusually light.
Upon opening the bag, which was unnecessarily covered in extreme tape, (to the point i needed scissors just to cut the bag open), the dinky boxes I got weren't even closed properly and I almost laughed in disbelief at the portion sizes.
Two of the five chicken "strips" were smaller than my fingers and overall were not worth the value at all that I had paid for them.
When I called the restaurant's customer service to relay this information, the lady said she was alone in the entire restaurant and there was no manager available. Okay...
I explained to her my situation and she said, "she just cooks the chicken tenders and goes by number not by size or weight or anything". I explained to her my dissatisfaction with the tenders and tell her I could even find better value at fast food restaurants. I expected better from a dine-in restaurant. She tells me to just go get food from there then, (literally discouraging customers from eating here ever again) and asks what I would do in her situation. I explain that I would at least sympathize with the customer and understand where they're coming from and she says, "Why should I think about other people? I'm not getting paid to think about other people."
Okay lady, you're not getting paid to think about other people but you're working in a restaurant where you're serving people food and they're paying money for it. The least you could do is just be a decent human being and understand when someone has a valid complaint and don't take it so personally.
Instead you're rude, offer no apology or any sort of compensation for the ridiculously small portion of food that was paid for. Upon asking for her name, she says "I don't know" and then proceeds to hang up while I was still talking to her.
This restaurant has very low quality food, low standards and unprofessional and rude staff. Based on the other reviews I've seen here, I'm not alone in feeling this way. It's quite shocking they're still open.

Read moreThey do not even deserve one star. The customer service at this location is disgusting, not at all at the standards of a franchise. I ordered the "Spiced burger" and my girlfriend ordered the "Stuffed Bacon and Cheddar burger". I do NOT eat pork, after two bites into the burger I realized they had given us the wrong patty. I instantly felt sick to my stomach. (Not to mention my burger was suppose to come with an onion ring which the cook had put on her burger instead). I patiently waiting for the waitress to come back, once she did I explained to her that our orders had been switch. She was very polite and immediately brought the mistake to the attention of the cook. ( This is where the problem starts) We tried to explain to him numerous times that he messed up our orders, which he would not admit to. According to him he can not change the recipe and he did indeed give us the right orders. If that was infact the case why did I get a burger stuffed with "cheddar and bacon" when I ordered the Spiced Angus burger and she recived two plain Angus burgers when her order was suppose to be a Stuffed Bacon and Cheddar cheese burger. We then asked to speak with the manager all I wanted was an apology at this point. (which we did not recive at all throughout this whole ordeal) Unfortunately the manager did not make the situation any better, he refused to understand the problem. He also accused us of coming there a prior time and complaining. (he must of had us mistaken for some other people because we have NEVER complained. Actually we enjoyed going there once in a while) He then walked away, and told us to leave. I have never experienced such horrible customer service and such a lack of compassion. Read moreI had added this review but just read the other reviews. I guess im not the only one. The bad service and rude behaviour is consistently happening with many other customers. Save your time and money, skip this restaurant.

0 stars. We placed an order on the phone for pick up, we clearly ordered non-breaded wings (for gluten restrictions). The indiviual on the phone taking the order was unprofessional and in a rush to get off the phone. We picked up the order, bought it home and had the incorrect wings. We called in and the indiviual who took our order, picked up the phone and basically implied I was lying and i ordered breaded wings.
He said there's nothing he can do and its my fault. He wouldnt pass the phone to his manager and would not have him call back. Unfortunately, we couldnt eat $50 worth of wings we purchased.
Mistakes happen, not going back because of how rude and unprofessional the service was. We try and support our local restaurants who are clearly suffering during the pandemic but this place doesnt look like it needs anyones business.
