Hero Certified Burgers — Restaurant in Mississauga

Yesterday was my first time ever eating at Hero Burger.

When I first walked in, the place was a bit empty (covid rules, middle of the day, etc.) but it was clean. The staff is nice and they got to work pretty quickly when I walked in. The 2 stars are because the service was good.

I ordered a classic minus tomatoes. I got the burger and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed. I could tell from the taste that it wasn't the fault of the staff; the recipe just isn't that good.

I can ignore the borderline dollop of mayonnaise. I can ignore the lacking onions (red onions, so that's a step up at least); what I couldn't ignore was the fact that the patty itself had no real flavour. No taste of spices, seasonings, nothing.

Unfortunately, I would put this on par with McDonalds, which I personally don't consider to be a burger place but rather a sandwich place, which is what I now see Hero Burger to be.

I'll eventually come back to another location on another day just to give these guys...

I recently visited Hero Burger with my friends, and I was thoroughly impressed by both the service and the food. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a warm welcome, which set a positive tone for the meal.especially both punjabi girls JASLEEN AND KHUSHPREET who were working there,

The menu offers a fantastic variety of burgers, each made with quality ingredients. I opted for the classic chicken burger , chocolate shake and it did not disappoint. The patty was perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful, complemented by fresh toppings and a soft, toasted bun. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right, making for a great side.

What stood out most was the attentive service. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was accurate and checking in on me throughout the meal without being intrusive.

Overall, Hero Burger delivers a delightful dining experience with delicious food and excellent service. I can’t wait to return and try more...

Updated review: this used to be my favorite location and I gave it a 5 star review previously. I went there after a while recently and was pretty disappointed. Not sure if the owner changed or if it was just the staff, but the quality of the food preparation was below expectations. They didn't even come out to give me my order, but rather placed it on the ledge between the kitchen and front area and told me to come around the counter/register to get it, which felt weird I've never been told to go behind the counter to get my order lol.

Previous review: This hero burger location has the best staff. They really treat you like family and place an importance on cleanliness. I don't go to hero burger unless I go to this location. Burgers and fries are always fresh have never had a bad experience...
