Booster Juice — Restaurant in Mississauga

I went to grab carrot juice with my friend. We asked the the Indian guy working there if the store is open. He was the only one working in the store and confirmed that it’s open.

When I asked for carrot juice, he mentioned it’s only available until 5:30 (which was shocking to me). However, I really requested him because we came from far away and we really needed that juice.

He got convinced and served us with 2 carrot juice but the attitude of the person was very rude. We thanked him 3 times back to back but he didn’t utter a word and rolled eyes on us and walked back in the kitchen area. I even said goodnight to the guy when I was leaving but he clearly didn’t even look back.

My question to the owner: What kind of customer service is this ? If a person really wants to appreciate your worker, he doesn’t have to be this rude in his behaviour. 2 glasses of juice is anyway adding some money to your account. Moreover, 20 minutes were still left before the store closes. So why can’t your worker serve a simple carrot juice ?

Would really appreciate if you teach your workers for a better customer service if you really need good...

I spoke with the manager Nick regarding the staff not putting in whey protein and vanilla frozen yogurt into my drink instead of regular yogurt (and I can taste the difference as I always get these ingredients in my drinks). He originally offered me a free drink but then called me back saying he checked the video footage and saw the staff put in whey protein, there was no mention of the vanilla frozen yogurt and then said he would go back and check the video footage of that too. He added that he would not longer be offering me the free drink until it was determined by the video footage. He went back on his original offer which is very poor customer service. I have never complained at this store before and prior to this incident have gone in a few times with no issue. I told him not to bother checking the footage as he can save that $8, get a bad review and lose me as a customer in the future. Why would I make this up? You're calling me a liar and thinking I will ever patronize you again? I never have this type of issue at Square One's...

In the past week I've been to Booster Juice 3 times already at 3 different locations in mississauga and this one at Heartland has been my absolute best!

The staff (especially Meet and Nick) are friendly, extremly welcoming and know how to prepare the best Booster Juice Smoothies in Mississauga. The service is super fast; they willl literally have your smoothie ready in a blink of an eye.

I managed to get to them after my workout at the gym at 10:10pm. The place was closed, Meet and Nick were both closing up for the night. So in a hurry i knocked on the door and asked if I can get one last Protein Smoothie from them when they gladly agreed to prepare me one even though the place was basically closed and they have alrèady cleaned all the blenders/smoothies and utensils and were about to leave for the night. They honestly saved my life and I owe them much gratitude for that.

So Thank you Booster Juice and thank you Meet & Nick for such a phenomenal experience♡ I will be...
