Heartland Town Centre — Local services in Mississauga

I only visited the Best Buy and Dollarama at this particularly large strip mall and my experience at both places was pleasant.

The Dollarama experience is pretty much the same anywhere, so enough said on that.

It had been some time since I had visited Best Buy. They seem to have really updated and modernized their stores - at least, this one has. What I also noticed is that they were much more organized and had a department for every tech companies' tech and gadgets.

I went to the Google kiosk which was pretty large and the woman attending the kiosk was very helpful. I had to wait, however, until she was done with the person prior to my entry. I feel that there should have been more attendants on duty, especially when I asked for someone else to be sent because the wait time was becoming unusually long. The customer before had a lot of questions and was making a lot of purchases. While I understand the need to attend to one person at a time, their needs to be more attendants at a particularly popular kiosk. That said, when it came to my turn, the clerk answered all my questions regarding the Pixel Buds that I wanted to purchase with accuracy and was also helpful in letting me know that the price would go down by 40 CAD on the night before Christmas. And even if I made my purchase now, I could come back with my receipt within the next month or so to receive a credit back to my credit card.

The store was not too busy elsewhere at the time of night that I visited.

On my way out, however, I found the cashier to be a little bit rude and arrogant. She could receive better training with customer service. When asking about the credit and for a bag for my purchase, she was rolling her eyes so to speak.

Gym equipment not bad (lots of dirty old grease on handles/machine joints) most expensive compared to all competitors (5$ extra biweekly just for towels) mens shower engulfed by the smell of urine, steam room broken 85% of the time (never updates on the fix) constant billing problems (ex…. being charged more/multiple times different accounts) "Boss" Joeline doesnt care about your problems or buyers rights as she will blow you off if her workers call her about a problem or there will be a "meeting" shes at if you need to speak to her, try for yourself. Cody replies with attitude and is power tripping over his gymnasium promotion as other associates are willing to give you better plans/packages but Cody chooses whats best for his commissions, Overall Sales Rep dont know what they're doing and you will waste more time figuring out technical problems that are the corporations fault then you will working. Also every sales rep trys to convince you to pay for over priced "personal training" that you can learn on youtube. You can do it on your own dont let these shady crooks take your money, never going back and having 5+ people cancel their membership. Also frequently stolen items in the locker. I recently visited your shopping center and wanted to take a moment to share my experience. Overall, I found the center to be clean and well-maintained. The variety of stores available was impressive and I was able to find everything I needed.

Additionally, I found that some of the stores were not as well-staffed as they could have been. I had a difficult time finding assistance when I needed it and had to spend more time than I would have liked searching for the products I needed.

That being said, I did have some positive experiences during my visit as well. The few staff members that I did interact with were friendly and helpful, and the overall cleanliness of the center was impressive.
