1st visit: Came with Uber Eats promo (eats-uber567uber) from Reddit UberEatsReferrals subreddit. Great experience!

Great Whoppers, chicken sandwiches, nuggets, fries, onion rings, and fruit lemonades, Cherry Cokes, Root Beers, Iced Teas, and Sprites.

My fav chicken nugget sauces are: Ghost Pepper Ranch, Marinara, then Ranch.

Aug 27, 2023: Had 2x Whopper meals and 2x Jr Whopper meals. Everything tasted great. Nice crispy fries and onion rings, fresh and crisp veggies on my burgers. For drinks, we had: Root Beer, Cherry Coke, and tried 2 new ones (mango lemonaid and watermelon strawberry lemonaid). I like the mango lemonaid (consider buying 2 of these - DONE. Great, continue doing this). I don't like the watermelon strawberry lemonaid (tasted too artificially watermelon-y for me).

Aug 12, 2023: Bad experience. Had 2x Whopper meals and 2x Jr Whopper meals. Came after 15 minutes of mobile order, and the food wasn't ready. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Waste of my time. Please improve your service speeds, it seems like my order was procrastinated, it wasn't even busy. If my time gets wasted with my mobile orders, I will go to the new Burger King that also opened up in this area. This is my original and preferred BK, but please, keep your delivery speeds up.

June 3, 2023: Had 2x Whopper meals and 2x Jr Whopper meals. The fries and onion rings were exceptionally great today! Very nice and crispy. Please keep this up!

November 29, 2022: Beef grill is working again. Great. I can get my Whoppers and Whopper Jrs for my family on the weekends again.

Xth + 4 visit: Had 2 x 8 piece chicken nuggets. Confirmed that ranch and sweet and sour dipping sauces are my fav chicken dipping sauces.

Xth + 3 visit: Came in on a Friday around 6:30 pm. I had ordered 2 extra long cheeseburgers 20 minutes in advance before arrival. I came in and they weren't ready. They said 10 more minutes because they were cleaning the beef broiler grill. Total delay of 30 minutes. Annoying. If this is always the case, then I won't come in on Fridays at 6:30 pm for dinner then.

Xth + 2 visit: Tried 2 extra long cheeseburgers (Chicken burger bun with 2 Junior Whopper patties inside. Only came with pickles as veggies [annoying] and ketchup and mustard as default with mayo optional). It tasted OK, overly salty, and sour cuz of the pickles and mustard. Good source of protein, but I wish it had other veggies to balance out the flavour. This is not as great of a burger as the Whopper and the competitors, due to lack of veggies. 2nd Order - had light ketchup, normal mayo, normal mustard, and extra pickles. Tasted much better, much less sour.

Xth + 1 visit: Got some Whopper and Whopper Jr meals for my family. Everything tasted great. I love Burger King as it has more veggies than other burger chains, and the veggies are fresh and crispy.

Xth visit: Came in the afternoon for a snack. Got the 8 piece chicken nuggets (great crispy nuggets). Had it with my top 2 fav sauces - Ranch (great - my fav sauce to dip chicken nuggets into) and Sweet and Sour (great).

Then decided to try the 8 piece jalapeno cheddar chicken nuggets (these were just chicken nuggets rolled in jalapeno cheddar sauce, which was meh. I didn't like the flavour of this [too overwhelming] and would have preferred 8 more regular chicken nuggets). Had it with the honey mustard sauce (great - but not as good as sweet and sour) and Buffalo sauce (bad - I hate Buffalo sauce. It is way too strong and pungent and overwhelms the chicken nugget flavour. It makes things too mildly sweet, with a sour kick and a spicy aftertaste). Then had a double cheeseburger to cleanse my palate in between chicken nuggets. The double cheeseburger was very meaty, it had pickles and onions. But the absence of lettuce and tomatos made it very thick and meaty, tasted too heavy, boring, and dry. It was not that juicy. In the future - consider a burger with more veggies over the double cheeseburger unless I want an overwhelming meat taste (however, when I come to Burger King, it's because I want a more...

If I could give this place negative 10 I would. Where to begin? Let's start with the obvious, every Wednesday the debit machine chooses to break down. Not only is it broken, there is a lack of communication so it's when you get to intercom that you are rudely informed that cash is the only acceptable form of payment.

And this is after you've been in that drive thru line for 20 plus mins. On the off chance that debit is working you are promptly told to "hold on" and sometimes that hold can be another 10 or 15 minutes. I honestly wish I was exaggerating.

So you've spent 30 mins in line, trapped most times because you're in the middle of the line, you're finally there and after 30 or more minutes you get your food and guess what? It's ice cold.

Complaining is useless, asking any questions is useless. This location has the worst customer service skills, they lack proper training in dealing with unforeseen circumstances and when asked why they haven't gotten the debit machine fixed? If you're lucky you get a shrugged shoulder.

Wednesday is Whopper Wednesday and they know this yet they are always always always unprepared. I've sat in the adjoining parking lot and seen the line up sometimes on the road. Watched people get so angry and leave the line. I cannot count how many cars go screeching out of the lines due to the ridiculousness. You would think they would have gotten it together by now.

The only reason they get away with such subpar service is because they are the only location around these parts. They've gottecn comfortable in not having to bust a sweat to keep it moving. Turtles move faster and there are always irate customers in line.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Management needs to do a serious overhaul andproperly trained their staff. Even when there is noone in line you're still waiting, waiting, waiting and having to say hello is anyone there at the...

Since this is our closest burger king we usually go here but it always a double edged sword. Theres many issues with this place that has not been corrected in a long time and its makes the experiences horrible for new or consistent customers. The employees are usually moddy and not happy to see you. Youre not propperly greeted and it feels extrenely uninviting. When they take your order you usually have to repeat it multiple times and they dont repeat it back to you to double check that everything youve ordered is correct. In saying that, even if they did the order would still be mixed up or not prepared well. I usually order a chocolate oreo milkshake from this location because im not really a burger person and they always give me a vanilla one when i clarify and soecify a chocolate one. Sometimes they give me just a chocokate milkshake instead if the chocolate oreo milkshake. Speaking of milkshakes me and my mom went hetr to get some. We both got the same ones, once again a chocolate oreo milkshake. She specified it. We drove up to the window and the lady asked us what kind of milkshakes and we told her a chocolate oreo milkshake. Two ladys yell it to the back to whoever was making it and we were told to pull up to the side (dont know why, no one was behind us and usually milkshakes dont take that long).
